Why can’t media providers just get into the 21st century and make it easier for households, by having contracts based on a joint accounts. That way, both home owners can call up about any problems! Data protection my arse @virginmedia @SkyUK

@bobbidi_moo @SkyUK 1st time I’ve had a problem with the internet and the service. I understand that storm cut things off and made things unpredictable but service was shocking. Think what got me was they sent me a link for a page I was already using. Which they could tell by the screenshot I sent
