Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

@SkyHelpTeam hi guys, our sky q box is not working properly! +1 channels just get blue screen. Some other channels too.. some recordings dont have any sound. Youtube app via sky q doesnt have any sound! Please help before i throw it and the contract out the window!

@SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

@julesloveland @SkyHelpTeam I have had the same problem. It keeps continuing to give an error and to also upgrade to SkyQ, when I already am. Quite frustrating really. It should be easier than this seems to be.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. Also, looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks.

@mikelavelle93 @SkyUK I asked my technician (he wasn’t an engineer) to install my BB a bit further around the side of the house so I could get my Router neatly under the stairs. He did just that. Superb service. And I get great speeds using my @geteero eero unit all over my house.

Strongly advise against anyone in SE London using #sky broadband. Without internet for 2 weeks, @SkyHelpTeam have promised an openreach engineer visit on three different occasions with no such visit happening and no communication. Truly terrible service

I 'upgraded' to Sky Q from my Sky HD box. Engineer comes out ' all good to go'. SkyQ box doesn't work. Sent new one. Doesn't work. Try to go back to my old sky HD box to at least get Freeview. Doesn't work anymore @SkyHelpTeam what an amazing job you've done ...

@MickHarkin11 @SkyHelpTeam Indeed it is. Occasionally I just want to watch TV, but have other things to do, with Sky+ it wasn't a problem, it would be recorded. However with #SkyGlass if you miss the beginning of a program you can't rewind or restart until the show is available on the providers platform

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. I have just been upgraded to a Sky Q box, however every time I try to watch a Sky channel it tells me to "click the red button to upgrade". I have gone onto my Sky go and the same channel works fine. Can you help??
