    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp why have I just had my appointment cancelled for tmw with no explanation? I have taken a day off work and cannot get hold of anyone online to establish why it’s been cancelled. Not good customer service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Sorry, it’s sky mobile I’m enquiring about. The signal is so poor in this area. My phone can show 3G/4G but nothing. All your reception charts show the signal as being decent. Is there a problem here? (WR14 Malvern). Thanks

    @SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

    @SkyUK are there if you want to purchase something but if you have a problem with what you have bought you are on your own......no help available at all. Would not recommend.

    @SkySports Was going to give 31 days notice anyway to save money, especially as you e-mailed me last month that you were going to be putting up my basic package up from £35.00 to £38.50, will cancel sportsfirst then think about cancelling #sky altogether, especially as I don’t watch much.

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @SkyHelpTeam That's twice tonight sky tv has collapsed and failed yet again to provide a service . Despite increased prices the customer once again suffers sky's deplorable standards. As I post this still no sky service . Get to grips sky or you'll lose thousands of subscribers

    @SkyUK all too often the Sky Q box - at least once a day - is losing the connection to the non Sky broadband router. No other devices in the house have problems. Have followed guidance from Ogi which even suggest pasturing off the 2.4 band but is seems to come back on
