    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyUK are there if you want to purchase something but if you have a problem with what you have bought you are on your own......no help available at all. Would not recommend.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. A local outage. Loads of houses affected and no resolution in sight. @WeAreOpenreach have been out several times and still no news. I have managed to speak to someone at sky this morning and book another engineer but not sure what they’ll be able to do.

    @SkyHelpTeam Not normally. When it started having issues, I swapped the two over to see if it was a connection issue, but it made no difference. The working box carried on working, the faulty box carried on being faulty.

    @SkyHelpTeam More a question to @OpenreachHelp as my internet is with BT, but as Gregory has pointed out above this is a junction box problem, we need an updated estimate from @OpenreachHelp as to when this will be fixed. Last I heard was 7am this morning, which has now passed.

    @SkyUK your customer service line has hung up on me 3 times already. I’m questioning a ‘service charge’ worth £42.40 on Talk package. Line is only connected for BB use. Who can help with explaining the charge? Website doesn’t provide answers. #Overcharged we don’t use landline.
