@SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

It appears @SkyUK’s system for keeping you as a customer is simple: never answer the phone. £113 a month I pay and they can’t even answer my call.

@SkyHelpTeam issues with sky broadband. Router seems to keep power cycling. Stays online for a bit that cycles again. Started yesterday. Online checks show no problem when it’s connected

Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

@SkyHelpTeam So we’ve already done this, and when we called the last two times we were told the exact same steps that we were shown online (all on the link in your last tweet. Is there seriously nothing you can do except for letting us cancel?? Completely fed up.

@SkyHelpTeam Having quite a lot of downloads fail due to 'remote network problem'. Seems very random and I suspect it's more your end than mine tbh. Seems common too. V annoying. Any easy fixes ? Wired into main router. Perfect connection (900mbps b/band). No retry option sadly.

@SkySports where are the German games? Seriously @Bundesliga_EN @Bundesliga_DE dropped the ball signing rights over to you. Would watch both games on Sunday when on bt sports. Now I suspect we will get the usual sky sports service of 1 bayern match a week and lots of highlights.

@JamesPetherick1 @SkySports I see your point but how could the linesman have seen if anyone touched it with any certainty. The default is to keep the flag down knowing VAR would check not put the flag up just in case. I know ultimately they got the correct decision but not due to good work by the linesman
