@SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

@OpenreachHelp Ive contacted my service provider @SkyHelpTeam and they’re refusing because they’ve said you have to send it to me because they don’t want to be liable. Ive now decided to cancel the upgrade because my landlord is refusing to let any works happen without these permits.

@SkyUK @skytv why do I pay nearly £100 per month (including tv, broadband and phone line) for a disrupted, distorted signal to my televisions which make watching my favourite programmes implausible?? I’ve done your suggestions and it’s made my signal worse.

@SkyHelpTeam just received a call from 01189663189 claiming to be Sky. Apparently my Internet has been compromised and I needed to have my phone or tablet on hand so they could fix it. When I suggested they might not be telling the truth they immediately hung

I had to cancel my Sky Subscription and had to understand 31days noti before I cancel from the rude agent. Sky should educate agents that customer leaves for a reason no need to get aggressive.Never ever going back to #skyuk @SkyUK
