    @SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

    @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp why have I just had my appointment cancelled for tmw with no explanation? I have taken a day off work and cannot get hold of anyone online to establish why it’s been cancelled. Not good customer service!

    @SkyHelpTeam No I have not, it appears to be primarily a twitter issue that has only affected certain WiFi providers such as sky, virgin etc after its latest update, twitter support not responding

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve went through all the checks so have various customers in the building! There is a supposed outage in the area since last night but no one wants to look into or fix the issue if you read tweets above it will show what has transpired so far @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK
