@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Sorry, it’s sky mobile I’m enquiring about. The signal is so poor in this area. My phone can show 3G/4G but nothing. All your reception charts show the signal as being decent. Is there a problem here? (WR14 Malvern). Thanks

@bt_uk Been trying to renew Broadband and BT Sport for the last hour. Your customer service team didn’t even try and help and the live chat bot suggested I clicked the moving home section. If you don’t want my custom I’ll take it elsewhere. Interested @SkyHelpTeam?

@SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam restarting the tv doesn’t fix a physical issue because this is the 3rd time since I’ve had it. Not to mention the blocky pixelation when watching movies with dark backgrounds. And changing the settings doesn’t fix it either. It’s a cheap panel in an expensive tv.

@itsgeofflinton @SkyHelpTeam It’s domestic broadband so the time frame for a fix is in line with domestic SLAs. So either get your lazy arse into the office or pay for a business line that has the relevant SLA for work
