@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

@SkyHelpTeam @SuggWillSugg This is the same on my tv too so I am guess it’s a sky issue. Waste of time trying to change our tv settings. Not a good start to the season. Picture poor in this game and Forest v Coventry game was like watching a cartoon. Sky needs to sort this out

@MrNickRansom @JamesMichell @SkyHelpTeam Settings > Setup > Audio Visual > Picture Resolution. Set to 8 bit. Go back to normal HD. Click on Ultra HD. Stay on that screen. Repeat those steps above and change it to 10 bit
