    @BristolLive According to @SkyUK, Ofcom only look at Sky talk & internet this story would have no influence if you have Sky TV only. So you can terminate your contract if you have sky Talk or internet but not if it's early Sky TV according to Sky themselves as I,ve been on the phone to them

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

    @Lukedfrt @SkyUK Well it looks like @SkyUK has got me over a barrel so once my contract ends in September I will definitely say goodbye to them and never ever take Sky television again they did nothing to offer me anything to reduce my monthly bill and yet they can call me a loyal customer

    @Lukedfrt @SkyUK If sky stick to their guns, I'll wait for my contract ends in September & will never return back to them, pulling a stunt like this. Have you heard the new @TalkTalk ad you can take a contract out with them and I will not increase the price throughout the whole of the contract

    @SkyUK Absolute rip off. This is typical Sky, entice people with these attractive offers and less than 6 months into the contract it’s gone up by £4. Guarantee it will go up again before my 18 month contract ends. Claim their improving the service 👎Defo leaving when my contract ends.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello Tony, thank you for getting in touch. The broadband didn’t come back on until about 1.30pm today. Resetting the hub doesn’t work and your T’s&C’s state that I can’t claim compensation until at least 2 days without service. 😒

    I currently pay @SkyHelpTeam £27.50 for Superfast Broadband, that is unstable at best. Now I’ve received notification that it’s going up to £31.50 per month. That’s £1 for every Mbps I can actually get. Wouldn’t mind but Ultrafast is £30 for new customers!!

    @ITVXhelp Thanks so can you help please @SkyHelpTeam as when I contact sky viewers team they say to contact itv but this issue won’t get fixed if sky say contact itv and itv say contact sky just keeps going in loop but this issue needs fixing thanks @ITVXhelp
