    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    Finally @SkyUK have fixed our glitching in the tv, now just need to sort the phone line as internet sucks! But @OpenreachHelp apparently looked (from outside) and said it's fine... no we want a new line through the house as it's rubbish!

We have now been without broadband for 9 days, they have told us every day pretty much that “it will be sorted the next day” yet absolutely nothing has happened.
