    @SkyHelpTeam had a constituent on the phone to me in tears as she can’t get through to your customer services phone number and isn’t confident using online means to contact you. How can we resolve this?

    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    @SkyHelpTeam our Sky broadband is constantly dropping out for a few seconds/minutes, engineer been on Thursday and said can’t find a problem. It’s getting ridiculous now, we’ve been loyal customers for over 20 years and feel it’s time to go to another company.

    @SkyHelpTeam You've got to know that Sky Glass is a considerable step down from Sky Q. There's different but not better functionality, but crucially you don't record anything and so it will mostly be lost if you don't watch it in time.

    @SkyUK Understand it’s a business, but hard sales trying to keep a customer, when stating it’s to down to #CostOfLivingCrisis, should just accept it. Some one might be persuaded incorrectly to stay. Took me 20mins of hard sales to cancel my sky.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I've just received notification I'm cancelling my internet and telephone package. I have not requested this. This happened last year and I called twice to explain that I hadn't requested to cancel my package, but I was still cut-off. Can you please fix this.

    @SkyHelpTeam I am disappointed with sky ways of working- I was offered HD deal for 2 months which ends in sept- I have tried to call and can’t get through, contact on here and I can’t get any help- is this tactic to get customers to pay more#canupgradeonlinebutcantdowngrade
