    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. We have had a "no signal" message on tv screen all morning. Phone & broadband fine. "Down detector " states problemscreported Bristol. We are BS37.

    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam There is nothing showing but when I ring 150 there is a recorded message acknowledging that there is "an issue with your local telephone exchange" . Since 8am. The whole street is affected.

    So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

    Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

    @SkyUK what on earth is going on with the BB/WiFi today .. connects for one min, drops out, connects, drops out, repearlt .. I've rebooted the router (and my devices) and checked your alleged online status, the SkyQ box keep saying there's an issue ... total pants!

    @uncle_rassie My biggest issue is having to subscribe for individual packages. If you look at the skysports model it’s messy and really really expensive

    @SkyHelpTeam Well good news was that we had no Internet all of last night so couldn’t do anything. So even trying to run a ‘test’ didn’t even help. This happens every month we lose internet and I’ve complained so many times. I think now is the time to just change especially with the cost!!

    The internet connection saga continues, being told by Sky that @WeAreOpenreach have a systems issue effecting all engineer bookings? @SkyHelpTeam aren’t any use either as they aren’t able to contact other departments allegedly, absolute joke of customer service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Agh so why weren't you offering catch up services over the weekend? The whole festival coverage has been very poor compared to say Glastonbury where the BBC show simple live streams of stages and catch up shows. It's really not that hard to get right.
