    @SkyUK having an absolute laugh as per, did an online broadband test last week as having numerous issues with WiFi it’s reported a fault and said it’s booked and engineer, nowhere to track this, and can’t contact anyone. Your website is useless an all?

    @SkySports Not Happy! Watching the Preston v Leeds match on a SkyQ box on the red button and missed more than 10 mins of the second half, apparently other Sky users had the same issue, but Virgin Media users had no problems....🤔🧐

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to watch Grey’s Anatomy that was recorded last night from @SkyWitness and I can’t watch it as I’m hard of hearing and need subtitles please fix this! It normally has subtitles why now does it not!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam we have had #SkyQ for 1 week. Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

    Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

    So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam There is nothing showing but when I ring 150 there is a recorded message acknowledging that there is "an issue with your local telephone exchange" . Since 8am. The whole street is affected.

    @SkyHelpTeam getting really fed up of your Netflix app not loading on Q. Everything else works fine and it’s just Netflix. So it’s not my connection. Sometimes loads. Sometimes just won’t open up. Really poor and frustrating. Box reboots don’t solve either.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you also explain why your customer service are like ‘well it’s an annual increase’ I would understand if I had had this contract for over a year. But day 1? Not acceptable. That’s a YOU problem if you don’t update your packages.

    @SkyHelpTeam We got a new router not long ago but the engineer said the problem is not in our house it’s an outside issue, bt even came out to check everything and said the same

    @SkyHelpTeam also your terms state a price increase of 10% may be applied once every 12 months. It’s day 1. The only time I knew it was going up was after it was installed and you sent me an email about my bill… awful customer service
