Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

Every single day we have had multiple resets, we have never successfully watched a recorded programme on a Q mini box. This is the worst system I’ve ever seen. Come back Sky HD, all is forgiven.

It takes minutes for every page to load, most come back with an error. How can I have a full signal but no wifi?
