@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK @MoneyTelegraph , for 6months I have asked for 4SkyQ boxes, I am told there is a health and safety issue on the account so they cannot supply. I have sourced my own engineer so no H&S issue for Sky but still cannot supply due to H&S block on account! Help.
