Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter
