@SkyHelpTeam @Smithee_D Umm I’m the one having issues with my broadband, thanks to your “help team” I’ve had to order £45 worth of equipment to ensure I get wifi to do my job from my home. I will 100 percent be leaving and I will not be recommending your service to anyone.

Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

It's impossible to log an issue with @SkyUK online. Have to either call them, community help or use their Virtual Assistant which can't understand WiFi is turned off cause it's not used. 6+ weeks on 23mb/s should be min 25 normal 35. Terrible service.
