@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyUK People already have good tv, far better than these cheap efforts with terrible viewing angles. All sky had to do was make a box that worked without needing to connect to a satellite dish. Instead they attach it to a cheap, heavy tv which it seems to have software issues.

Amazing that @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam have had nearly a week now to sort out there own account system, which they don’t seem able to do, but they can send my mum a letter telling her her subscription is going up for a service which she can’t even watch at the moment….#poor service
