    @SkyHelpTeam hey Sky, the last few nights our SkyQ box is saying we have no Internet connection even thought phones and laptop are connected and all lights on the box are green? Turned everything off and on but still no luck. Help!! I just wanna watch Netflix 🥺

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no number - I dont want to leave sky completely - just cancel the landline. This is ver frustrating - we are diamond customers and at this rate will leave completely - give me a number please not a link!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkySports I hope whyte does get the WBC to name him mandatory for Tyson Fury and I'm a big fan of whyte. But the can man has turned down alot of fight's that would have got him here sooner like Ortiz, Joshua rematch, brazeale or however you spell that name because the money wasn't right.

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

The fact that a threat was made against NUFC is a disgrace, compare it to the “punishment” handed out to the big 6! Surely SkySports should be all over this story - otherwise they’d appear complicit? Awful.

    @SteelDiane @SkyHelpTeam A fire incident at Red Bee (who play out TV channels) has resulted in major technical problems and they are trying to get all channels involved back on air. BBC, C4 and C5 take priority (they are on back ups), but as Box Plus don’t have the same, they are using The Box as back up

    @SkyHelpTeam I pre-ordered my phone with a delivery date of 24/9, then on 24/9 advised I would have it by 30/9. No dispatch notification and order tracking says ‘coming soon’. Your help centre say they can’t confirm whether it will arrive tomorrow or not. Why is it so difficult?
