@SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

@SkyHelpTeam hi, internet keeps going down intermittently throughout the day, i get a yellow/amber LED showing on the sky router for about 30 secs & then it goes green & everything start working again, its plugged into the main BT socket & i swapped the filter, several months.

@SkyHelpTeam I have just spent the last 4 hours trying to resolve a huge billing mistake, I have been shouted at twice, spoken to rudely on 3 occassions. lied to twice. All due to an error by sky which has caused me extreme financial hardship. #poorcustomer! worst cust exp ever!

@SkyHelpTeam Other people are phoning in and being told line speed is fine and if there was a problem open reach would know. Not a line speed problem...and now its crashed into life again. Somebody rebooted something somewhere!!!
