    @SkyUK I’ve had no ITV channel for 2 days. It is only affecting one box on my house. I’ve reset the box and the router but no joy. I’ve been to your technical pages and can’t get through to the contact centre due to wait times of 30m. HELP!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, the issue here is the line check is saying everything is good and healthy right now, but most evenings it will suddenly drop. It's hard to predict when or if it will happen so I'm not really sure what steps to take next? I've followed the advice on the website so far

    @MoranRizzey @SkyHelpTeam I’ve got an engineer coming out tomorrow after doing all the shite over the phone with the robot. Absolutely bollocks there’s “no issue” here, why is their own system saying otherwise by sending engineers out? I can’t wait until my contract is up, jumping ship ASAP.
