    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    The £ gleaned by both @virginmedia and @SkySports in making it difficult for fee/ subscription paying members to watch “each others” content must clearly outweigh the customer service calls and complaints 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no number - I dont want to leave sky completely - just cancel the landline. This is ver frustrating - we are diamond customers and at this rate will leave completely - give me a number please not a link!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a network repeater sat 6 inches from the box so its unlikely to be the wireless network QOS. I suspect the Q box.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey Sky, the last few nights our SkyQ box is saying we have no Internet connection even thought phones and laptop are connected and all lights on the box are green? Turned everything off and on but still no luck. Help!! I just wanna watch Netflix 🥺

    @SkyHelpTeam Still not working as expected ... save the network settings in the Q box ... it works for a while and then the connection drops off ... it MAY reconnect however not very often. As such, the service is dreadful. I may have to shift to Virgin soon for what I am paying to Sky.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reset the network password multiple times. It may retain them for a while and then the connection is lost. Settings retained however reconnection is not made - no internet connection. No value adds. Rubbish service.

    @virginmedia why do I’ve over pay for my services that you can’t deliver customer service joke keep reading off a card no help what do ever what clown do I need to speak to . @SkyHelpTeam might be a able to help £144 a month and still not able to watch i player internet slow😡

    @SkyHelpTeam He knows this but he needs to resolve an issue where payment wasn't taken even though card details were set up for recurring payment. He was told to call back to set this up. We tried online and that resulted in April bill not being paid - hence wanting to speak to a person.

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky WiFi is telling me the password is wrong when I try to connect on my phone, the phone has been connected since I’ve had it but it randomly prompted me for the password today, the one I’m putting in definitely isn’t wrong either. Any help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have reported & highlighted this every year, since having Sky Q installed at launch in the UK in 2016. It is always shrugged off as not an issue. If I have deleted all previous F1 race recordings, the next recordings always use the wrong name, one from a previous race weekend.

    Bloody joke. Dad rang up @SkyHelpTeam to try to sort out payment issue, gets through to an expert who gives a number to "ring back in 5 mins" and when we do so, just get automatic system that keeps booting him off call. Great job, Sky - you continue to be unhelpful.
