Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

I feel @SkyHelpTeam are *************** out of me. Sent a text saying added free 5G add on to my plan. Centre of Bristol 5G showing, 4 bars signal still can’t watch a Tik Tok video or open an Instagram story. Absolute shite network, just does not work in so many places

I wonder how many days in your life, u r on the phone to @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam and still get nowhere? It’s funny, if u say upgrade, u r talking to someone within 5 min but say cancel and it’s over a 20 min wait and then when u r talking to someone, I get hung up on😡😡

Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

I would love to be on the kind of mobile network where I could just stop on my walk, sit on a bench and check Instagram but sadly @SkyHelpTeam mobile network has truly awful network coverage you can’t do basic things like that, really pissing me off now.

@SkyHelpTeam Tried this. Says no issues but unable to find hub, even though I connect to it with WiFi. When I try to log in with WiFi, it says my connection has dropped and to run checks. I do that but after a few mins of searching, it just takes me back to connection dropped screen.

Now been on hold in an ‘on line’ chat for over an hour and a half with @SkyHelpTeam ! Due to ‘Cost of Living’ crisis, the proposed price increase at the end of my contract is outrageous. Been a loyal customer for years but seriously thinking of cancelling now!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, option unavailable Pete! The advisor did not call back. I’ve had to do the leg work to track the phone… now dpd say it can’t be delivered because Sky haven’t put my name on the parcel! The only complaint option working is phone but I am too angry to speak to anyone else
