    @SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wish to escalate an ongoing complaint which is not being taken seriously by customer services. What is the email contact for your higher complaints? I am taking legal action if I am not compensated within 14 days £6.38 for 5 days loss of service is a joke.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam booked an engineer yesterday (on a Sunday) to fix our SkyQ, he arrived today (Monday), identified & fixed the problem quickly. Engineer booking to case closed on site in less than 24hrs....bravo 👏

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I'm an existing customer but have moved out of my home to another property and wish to perhaps have broadband (and TV) at the new house. Is there a bolt on package I can do or is this a totally new contract? Plus as I'm renting I only can have 12 months.
