    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I stayed on the call as my wife is a key worker in healthcare and was unable to work yesterday evening from home due to the issues. The call then rang off. Tried multiple times. Unacceptable

    Really annoyed. My Sky bill is £84.99 a month and my internet connection is down. I’ve tried to reset and nothing. Next step is to call them. Understandably they’re only dealing with problems from key workers. I am one but am shielding. So I don’t count. Can you help @SkyHelpTeam

    @BoniBee77 @SkyHelpTeam ...as these addresses are limited. The downside is if multiple attempts to access Sky content from the same IP address this will fail. We are currently working on a resolution for the issue. At the moment, the best thing to do is to try the download later.
