    Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

    @virginmedia why do I’ve over pay for my services that you can’t deliver customer service joke keep reading off a card no help what do ever what clown do I need to speak to . @SkyHelpTeam might be a able to help £144 a month and still not able to watch i player internet slow😡

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

    @SkySports I hope whyte does get the WBC to name him mandatory for Tyson Fury and I'm a big fan of whyte. But the can man has turned down alot of fight's that would have got him here sooner like Ortiz, Joshua rematch, brazeale or however you spell that name because the money wasn't right.

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    It’s becoming increasingly notable just how bad network coverage on @SkyHelpTeam is, please folk think twice before being tempted by cheap mobile package, coverage is awful in so many places

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried looking for a phone number to call and I have found a few but I am not a sky customer but I have a sky email account and every time I call one of the numbers I find it always gets ended as I am not a customer. I just need to solve this issue

    @SkyHelpTeam I have spent hrs on the phone to your people. No one can help. No one knows what the issue is. The lack of diagnosing the issue and god forbid doing something to fix it is breathtaking. That no one has properly got hold of this in a senior position tells me everything. The WORST

    @SkyHelpTeam To be honest I don't think it is as we are running other devices with no issues and it is purely the sky arts channel that is always glitching.
