@SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

@virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

The £ gleaned by both @virginmedia and @SkySports in making it difficult for fee/ subscription paying members to watch “each others” content must clearly outweigh the customer service calls and complaints 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

5/7 I would need to contact @SkyUK … so here I am being passed around with no real resolution. The delivery company @dpduk_ , was the first I called on the 1st of September but they said Sky was the only one who could resolve it. Since then, I've been in limbo. I looked online
