  Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

  @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

  @SkyHelpTeam set up sky mini today, for starters it wouldnt connect to my main sky box as when I pressed the button on the sky box it didn't flash orange, so did it on my Wi-Fi box which connected. Then it connects for a few mins then states no connection. Help as paying for this

  @maroonajambo @BBCSportScot @SkySports It's appalling that they are treated this way where a tiny bit more cash overruns the service and commitment they have given all season. I am no fan of the BBC but their coverage of lower league football is great, sad that the poor pay TV service gets the glory.

  @SkySports Barça Femeni still the gold standard. Four UWCLs in five years is borderline silly. Putellas, Paralluelo and Aitana ran circles around Lyon. 4 nil in a final is brutal. Lyon need to fix that midfield gap or they will keep losing these.
