Then it connects for a few mins then states no connection. Help as paying for this

Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

Had loads of problems setting up again 5 visits from Sky engineer. No luck so went to a provider. All fitted and working within 5 days. Sky couldn't do it in 3 months. Good luck 👍
