@SkyHelpTeam set up sky mini today, for starters it wouldnt connect to my main sky box as when I pressed the button on the sky box it didn't flash orange, so did it on my Wi-Fi box which connected. Then it connects for a few mins then states no connection. Help as paying for this

So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

@SkyUK what package is Eurosport 1&2 included in as the customer representatives I have spoken with don’t seem to know? I am led to believe these are not included in the sports package?

@BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

Mixed reviews of @primevideosport so far... but just Imagine the carnage when @BT and @skyuk decide to slow their internet bandwidth down right at kick off because Amazon is taking all their revenue from showing live football. 🙄

Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Its all devices it affects. On the modem the wifi light turns orange, and the internet light goes out completely. Its only since Ive upgraded to 500mb broadband that ive started having trouble. Even when my son or husband play online gaming it can become quite laggy

@SkyHelpTeam Disgusting service. Cancelled a service over a year ago and still being charged. Gave £20 back. After managing to find telephone number foreign call centre kept me on hold for no apparent reason for 20mins before I hung up.

@SkyHelpTeam I was told that when I cancelled down my sky glass the TV would just turn into a normal TV this is not the case at all it is just a box on the wall full of sky adverts sky glass service had nothing but issues.I now have a £700 sky advert on my wall #skytv #skyglass

Disgusted with @SkyUK Mobile. Sent back phone in good condition to be swapped & they offered a low price due to ‘damage’. Phone now returned to us & there is damage - which wasn’t there when sent. Have photos to prove it. Investigations take up to 5 working days. 😡 @SkyHelpTeam
