    @SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to an "expert" who had no information and claimed they couldn't find out anything - what can I do with that after 7 days without internet? I, as an end user cannot speak to Openreach directly, but you as my provider can and find out what the issue is.

    @SkyHelpTeam We called on Wednesday. After 50 mins on hold, we finally got through to one of your agents. He was unable to provide us with any reasons for the outage or update us on when we can expect to have internet again. Would I be stupid to expect a different outcome if I call again?

    @SkyUK awful broadband little to no connection. spent 40 mins on phone trying to sort it, agreed to send engineer! Waited 4 weeks for apmt date and sent TV engineer instead?? Got her to give me a new hub hoping it would help...still crap. Mini box unusable! Want it sorted!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I have contacted them and they have told to me wait until it’s connected and report a fault for an engineer to come and fix. ( which means it won’t be ready to use on install day)
