@BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

@SkyHelpTeam set up sky mini today, for starters it wouldnt connect to my main sky box as when I pressed the button on the sky box it didn't flash orange, so did it on my Wi-Fi box which connected. Then it connects for a few mins then states no connection. Help as paying for this

@SkyHelpTeam @MagneticHITS Always that excuse when you know it's your end, it's nothing to do with the modems, every time you say it and people actually do it it doesn't fix the problem

@SkyHelpTeam appear to be having DNS issues, DNS requests resolve half the time resulting in some websites loading, some not. Down detector is showing its a big issue, any idea on how long to fix?
