Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

@BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

@SkyHelpTeam set up sky mini today, for starters it wouldnt connect to my main sky box as when I pressed the button on the sky box it didn't flash orange, so did it on my Wi-Fi box which connected. Then it connects for a few mins then states no connection. Help as paying for this

@SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

Mixed reviews of @primevideosport so far... but just Imagine the carnage when @BT and @skyuk decide to slow their internet bandwidth down right at kick off because Amazon is taking all their revenue from showing live football. 🙄

So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to watch Grey’s Anatomy that was recorded last night from @SkyWitness and I can’t watch it as I’m hard of hearing and need subtitles please fix this! It normally has subtitles why now does it not!!!

Anyone else find they often have 4/5 bars of 5G but absolutely no service? This is on @SkyUK Mobile (@O2 network) in several locations. Might just switch it off and go back to the slower but reliable 4G!

@SkyHelpTeam Afraid I wasn’t able to due to not having internet to access the website. Fortunately my connection came back around 7:30-8am. However it was very frustrating to work during the night but have no way to access support for the issue.
