Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

Harangued into a bigger contract, with services she didn't want, then received a £140 bill, tried to cancel but you wouldn't.
