But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

I think he never played in Europe so maybe thst goes against him but he was clearly sensational. Difficult especially never seeing him in my time just clips and old videos.
