    @SkySports You just don’t get it at all, do you? You constantly spout the same rubbish about how Steve Bruce was badly treated by the fan base! Incorrect!!!! Sure some people said some horrid stuff but that is the minority. He was never one of us, his record was shocking! Simples

    @SkyHelpTeam Help needed please, Sky customer is shocking! I was promised a call from Sky technical support tonight at 7pm - no call! Very disappointed! Still no Broadband since installation of new Ultrafast 1. Just disgraceful!

    @SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

    @SkySports If they need training on how to communicate or explain their decisions maybe they are not fit to be a referee in the first place? You either know your **** or you don’t. Unfortunately half these reffing games nowadays don’t, so they don’t wanna be mic’ed up and be exposed further

    @SkyHelpTeam Getting the automated test you have just confirms the problem doesn't solve it. I've just spoke to a sky engineer who's confirmed and booked an open reach engineer. You got to start giving people realistic meaningful responses other than copy n paste.

    @SkyHelpTeam Only question I can ask is 'can I have a new router please?' but I already know the answer because apparently a hub shortage is the customers problem even when an engineer advises on his notes that one is needed.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely shocking support, BB speed is below 5Mbps and as low as 0.3Mbps, engineer has fitted new line & socket, it's not helped so he said a new router is definitely needed. Now I've just been told I have to wait 10 days before you will even consider sending one.
