@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

@SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

With this new "lockdown" with all schools closed, is it not time for free Internet /broadband for all who have children at school so they can continue with their school lessons online? @SkyUK @virginmedia (and all other network providers) many children will miss out due to this.
