    @SkyHelpTeam Refuses to connect and when re - enter passwirs just keeps on stating authenication error or just say "connecting" and never does. This is not an acceptable service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Totally fed up with sky tv here in NP20. Its been down most of the day for days now and comes back on late afternoon. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's okay. You're doing your best. Customer service is awesome, just inconsistent connections and the fact I've had an engineer out 2x in 2 months is dramatic haha.

    @Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

    @craigsh23 @GNev2 Dont get me wrong - Sky, the PL & the CL have all did similar things back in the day and have made billions from it. @SkySports tried to charge £14.95 per game during lock down so they cant play the innocent card either when it comes to greed.
