    @SkyUK I keep being told I’m on the fastest broadband speed, I’m in a tiny flat and every time I stream a movie if buffers constantly. I’ve spoken to the call centre and they keep telling me it’s fine. Better improve it soon, or you’ll lose a 10 year customer, that’s if you care.

    @Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

    @SkyHelpTeam No, it says there are no issues and everything is connected. All lights are on the router. Can access some websites and apps but not all
