The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!
