  @Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

  @SkyUK I keep being told I’m on the fastest broadband speed, I’m in a tiny flat and every time I stream a movie it buffers constantly. I’ve spoken to the call centre and they keep telling me it’s fine. Better improve it soon, or you’ll lose a 10 year customer, that’s if you care.

  @SkyHelpTeam Yes and I’ve called told it would take a bit of time to fix, saddly I’m away and no@have no data so can only use my phone via WiFi. Absolute shambles when I have 32gb. In the piggy bank
