With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

@SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

@SkyHelpTeam There's no point, I've been through it all already. Your system has been set up to treat SkyGlass viewers as lower class of customer with a reduced service and access to Sky programming. It's not a bug or problem, it's a deliberate action.
