  @SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

  @SkyHelpTeam It's 2022. This shouldn't be happening. The internet cuts out randomly without warning and then comes back shortly after. Someone from Sky apparently couldn't see this on their end and thought a booster would help. I just want to know how this might help.

  @SkyHelpTeam "there is a problem with your sattelite signal, your recordings and on demand may still be available" in a bar across the top of the screen. It's been this way for almost two weeks now, we have a communal dish and ours seems to be the only one affected. Sky Q box is only 1yr old
