@SkyHelpTeam Help needed please, Sky customer is shocking! I was promised a call from Sky technical support tonight at 7pm - no call! Very disappointed! Still no Broadband since installation of new Ultrafast 1. Just disgraceful!

@SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, one of my Sky Q miniboxes has stopped turning on. I think the cable was old and worn out and in turn caused damage internally to the box. I've tried all the tips on your website & it still won't turn on. How can I order a replacement?
