@SkyHelpTeam Trying to claim a refer a friend reward for my mother. Been told she’d have it several times, hasn’t arrived. Spent 2 hours on your messenger chat to now be told it will take another 15 days! 0/10 for customer service, really awful.

Gary is completely spot on. If the highest level of this country has issues with racism, homophobia and xenophobia then lower down the spectrum and into football it is seen as ok. Embarrassing that @DavidJonesSky & @SkySports don’t share the same view on these issues.

I have had a massive fault on my Internet connection (no signal most of the day) since January 3rd & @SkyUK 1st said the fault was solved, then admitted it wasn't. They are NOT going to send an engineer until January 15th to fix it. I work from home & they left me compromised.
