@SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@Richtbiskitt @SkyUK .I realised just in time, and cancelled my order, when I realised (and they don’t tell you this!) that Sky Glass doesn’t support many third party channels so, if for example, you subscribe to RacingTV, you can’t get it on Sky Glass!
