@waxperfect @SkyHelpTeam When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

Feeling deceived and massively let down by @skytv @SkyHelpTeam this evening. Took the plunge with #SkyGlass only to find out I’ve been sold a faulty product as ITV Hub doesn’t work. What’s the point of a streaming product if you can’t stream?!

@SkyHelpTeam They said that Sky failed out on placing the order 2 months ago. My WiFi was on till yesterday and I had placed an order so it’s not my fault. This should be treated as an exception and immediate help should be enabled. My work is getting impacted for something I am not at fault

Extremely poor customer service & no accountability by @SkyUK I placed an order for a broadband & TV package. After 2 months my broadband gets turned off. The agent spends an hour on a call to confirm that the order was failed and none of the agents are ready to help.
