    @SkyHelpTeam not impressed - called to recontract. Was made a decent offer but told I have to pay a £20 admin fee for the privilege of entering into another 18 month contract with you. Been with you for 21 years. Time to cancel?

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to cancel my account due to the cost having increased to a point where it's not good value. The colleague I was speaking to told me they were having a 15-30min lunch mid way through our conversation and then never came back! That is a first! Awful awful sky.
