@SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

@AliHunter1 @SkySports They regularly have sound issues for Premier League matches. There’s usually always something wrong each game. Take #CHEAVL on now for example, their ‘Atmos’ and 5.1 options on HD and UHD consist of all the audio coming out of the centre channel.
