@Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

@SkyHelpTeam I did also try to ring but can’t get through. Was on hold ages. Email we’ve had now states engineer investigation and 2 to 5 days. Can you advise who I can speak to, to establish what the issue is? I work at home and having no internet is an issue… thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam an entire week with internet crashing each 10 minutes and paying premium package and the customer service says there is nothing they can do I will have to wait until next week to have an engineer coming??? without any guarantees will come or any time???

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, it's definitely not that. I tried three browsers and two different laptops. It seems to be connection specific. When connected via Virgin broadband or O2 mobile hotspot, I can login. When connected via Hey Broadband I hit that error.

@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks. Been off nearly 24 hours now and live in London so I find this really surprising. I had to take an emergency day off work to wait for an engineer that didn’t turn up but I appreciate its all done online. Do you know who I contact to escalate this to?
