With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, keep getting a sound dropout momentarily on my #SkyQ box. I've eliminated the TV as I've connected up another TV to the main box & it still does it. Its also not the sound bar as I've had the same problem using internal speakers.

@skytv @skyhelpteam Be aware when cancelling sky services. I cancelled last August when I moved received 2 confirmation emails. However, checked my statement & over £1000 has been taken over the months. Called Sky & because I hadn't specifically cancel TV they kept charging! Sky
