@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

@SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

@SkyHelpTeam Three times tonight the WiFi has cut out for no reason and it happens at least once most nights. Stop throttling our bandwidth or we're switching providers. It's 2022 and you can't provide high quality broadband. Awful.

@SkyHelpTeam Heather, its nothing to do with anything but sky, an hour or so later it was fine. It keeps happening, and when you call these exact same things keep being suggested to avoid sky owning up to what there doing. I’d love sky to let us out of the contract as the service is pathetic
