@SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

Hi Sky. How do I order an engineer to fit a broadband boost in my house? I pay for the service but can’t see anyway of ordering it online or on the app. I don’t want to call a number and be on hold for 50 minutes. Thanks @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband #skyboost

Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

@lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

@FooWhiter @SkyHelpTeam The technician who installed our new box, multi room and broadband a few years back didn't bring half the stuff, so he just made do with odd bits. We've had them out repeatedly over the yrs and none of them fix it beyond superficial. The net, they once told us had a blocker on it
