Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyUK not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

@SkyHelpTeam Totally fed up with sky tv here in NP20. Its been down most of the day for days now and comes back on late afternoon. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.
