@SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach Somebody is lying again 2nd visit today & fibre still won’t be fitted until another visit. So that will be 3 visit 3 appointments. Getting pissed off now was told it will be sorted today🤬will definitely be looking for a refund as service is 💩

@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

Sky Broadband is shite @SkyHelpTeam I have ultrafast plus and yet download speeds are way below what you say, streaming is slow and the wifi doesn’t reach every room. Talking to someone about it is a 45 minute wait. What’s the point? Useless

@SkyHelpTeam please can you provide the number to call to leave Sky? I am struggling to find it on the website. My mum and I are both customers but our prices have increased so much (almost twice what you are charging new customers) that we both need to cancel.
