@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

Sky Broadband is shite @SkyHelpTeam I have ultrafast plus and yet download speeds are way below what you say, streaming is slow and the wifi doesn’t reach every room. Talking to someone about it is a 45 minute wait. What’s the point? Useless

@SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach Somebody is lying again 2nd visit today & fibre still won’t be fitted until another visit. So that will be 3 visit 3 appointments. Getting pissed off now was told it will be sorted today🤬will definitely be looking for a refund as service is 💩

@opposethe100 @SkySports T10 cricket does have 6 ball overs & is the junkies version of T20 by just smashing for 6. The European cricket league is T10 & it is ok for a quick fix I guess. But the #blundred is just ghastly garish genetically modified cricket. If you can call it cricket!

@SkyHelpTeam Nope. I’ve given up on your mini box. Without being able to run Ethernet cables around the house they’re useless I’ve just installed the sky go app on my Apple TV and have a rock solid connection. How hard can it be to have a box connect to the network and stay connected?

@SkyHelpTeam You've misunderstood what I've said. Giving those details is not an issue, the issue is you were saying you physically cannot let me order broadband until I have moved in AND got proof of address there (utility or council tax bill)
