The day just goes from bad to worse. Wake up with a huge faceache (I won’t say migraine but it’s sinus pressure) then helping someone to stop being taken for a ride, get home and bloody @SkyUK box not working. The attitude from the Asian call centre made me put the phone down 1/2

It’s just the fact it’s a woman being more knowledgable about football that’s got some people’s backs up. The amount of stick she gets isn’t fair. After watching the game back this morning, it’s even more embarrassing the performance of all the officials last night, both assistants made shocking decisions too. None more so that giving offside against Matt from a throw in. Poor analysis from @SkySports too which is a shame.

@Doyley25lfc @SkyHelpTeam I have only had Sky Q three weeks and it’s been troublesome so far. Sound dropouts through cinema system, input issues with the box not recognising the input change and now UHD flickering. Plus my subscription has been hiked by £5 a month weeks after upgrading. Poor show.

@SkyHelpTeam why won't any thing download from Sky channels on my box? 4OD, BBC and ITV all work fine, but nothing from sky will download. Sometimes gets to 23% but then fails, most of time it just stays at 0%. Are you having problems with Sky content again?

@SkyHelpTeam It sat at 0% until I added something from BBC to the download queue, then it downloaded to 26% and now it says it has failed, but it doesn't give any reason. The BBC show queued after it downloaded perfect though. So it's clearly a problem with Sly shows.

@SkyHelpTeam Since I got their super new router, I have to follow this advice at least once a week. Sky are probably proud their instructions work. I’m just irritated that I need to use them so often, especially when the cut out means I lose work.
