Apparently @Cymru (and other home nations) don't deserve to have the highlights for their most recent #EuropeanQualifiers on Sky Go, whilst only England do 🤷 @SkySports force us to buy their packages to watch it, and then can't be bothered to provide a full service.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyStore I was told this back in February and I still have to purchase the DVD option when buying downloads as my daughter is deaf and requires subtitles. I’m sure I’m not the only person identifying this problem

Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! I’ve just spoken to your terrible customer service team! The woman couldn’t do “downgrading” or “cancelling” accounts. She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

Sure it’s only a few pounds, but it seems to be shark tactics to me. Cooling off period ends tomorrow. Very tempted to cancel it all and walk away after 10yrs. I would not stand for this with any other service so why should I stand for it with @SkyHelpTeam ? Feeling ripped off /3
