    @SkyHelpTeam Totally fed up with sky tv here in NP20. Its been down most of the day for days now and comes back on late afternoon. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK ok, so I want the wifi guarantee, we have fibre max. You sent my husband links and shit but we got nowhere, now, can you tell me what we need to actually get wifi guarantee, at the moment, we are lucky to get it upstairs!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Refuses to connect and when re - enter passwirs just keeps on stating authenication error or just say "connecting" and never does. This is not an acceptable service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi The Sky Q voice control has stopped working today. I’ve reset the remote, rebooted the sky box & reset the Internet. Still nothing. Tried my upstairs sky box & the same. Can you confirm if there is a problem. Thanks

    Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyHelpTeam not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

    @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Virgin Media. Great speed from their direct fibre connection and no real alternative here as BT based fibre services are maxed out. Customer service has always been good when we’ve had problems, though it can take some time to get through to them.

    @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Been with @virginmedia for 11+ years at two properties and never had a problem. Currently on 350+ Mbps and almost always get higher than the advertised speeds.

    @Corn_wolf @SkyUK Sky internet is very good where I am, miles better than previous BT and TalkTalk plans, it's just the Q Boxes that are **** for me.
