@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

@SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

@SkyUK I have spent most of the last month trying to get SkyQ working again. It is absolutely awful. Utterly unreliable. Why does it forget passwords? Why does it reset wireless bands when I hardwire the boxes? Why does it need a software update on one mini? Why do I pay £110pm?
