  Disgusting customer service from @SkyHelpTeam over the last few days following an outage. Justification/defence of what (systematically) can't be done rather than trying to make things right. Needless to say, I won't be renewing. They need to take some lessons from @AppleSupport!

  @SkyHelpTeam waiting on a replacement Sky Q box. One support agent said the process is a next day doorstep swap… Another said it’s 3 to 5 working days Royal Mail delivery. A third said an engineer will attend and fit the box… Which is it please? #believeinbetter 🤞
