    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @_drane @SkyUK If you use your hotspot try balancing your phone near an open window It might help the phone signal get in if you’ve got coated or treated glass

    @100Climbs @ibiza74pete1 Brilliant! Snag is, though I threaten to do this, the kids know I need to keep it on in order to run my business! Does anyone know if it's possible to divide the wifi signal so I can keep one channel on (password protected) but switch off the other? I use Sky. @SkyHelpTeam

    Sky is the worst broadband provider, I’ve been passed around four different teams yet the issue is still unresolved. Practically left it to the next person to deal with it. Absolutely ridiculous! @SkyUK

    3 years with @SkyHelpTeam and I've never had an issue with my broadband. I tell them I'm leaving due to price increase and as I'm running down my notice period I start having problems. Because that is really going to make me want to stay/come back to you.
