@100Climbs @ibiza74pete1 Brilliant! Snag is, though I threaten to do this, the kids know I need to keep it on in order to run my business! Does anyone know if it's possible to divide the wifi signal so I can keep one channel on (password protected) but switch off the other? I use Sky. @SkyHelpTeam

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

@SkyHelpTeam No. I am a new customer. He was due to do the installation, but wouldn’t enter the house to to install the dish at the rear despite the advice given to distance during the installation only 3 days earlier. I now face having no service.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam arranged for one of your engineers to resolve and issue with my broadband who have diagnosed the issue but couldn’t fix it on the day. Since then I’ve been told twice the would be back between 8-1 and twice they haven’t showed up.
