@SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

@SkyHelpTeam Having booked engineer visit following troubleshooting procedure instructions in the app, automated message says cannot do indoor work due to Covid. That’s going to be interesting as problem I was trying to resolve is with Q box. As have other issues visit may not be wasted -

@SkyHelpTeam For the last year or so we've been having constant problems with our broadband dropping intermittently. We've had 5 or 6 engineer visits (another one scheduled for tomorrow) and it's getting worse, not better. Is there a number to speak to someone in more detail?

Absolutely shambolic service from @SkyUK. Charged a ridiculous fee despite being told it wasn’t payable and now it’s too late to remove. And apparently they can’t offer any compensation. Can anyone recommend better a TV package?
