    @breezymate @SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning, I have been having issues with my broadband for 3 weeks. Randomly my devices will not connect to the internet. The amber face appears as well as flashing on occasion . Seems to happen on a weekend and in the Evening? Can you help? Thanks

    Helped my nan sort her @SkyUK bill today. really helpful service happy with the outcome... But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam any chance you can stop slowing down my broadband? I know what the trick it, to make me upgrade to a 'faster service'. What I'll do instead is find a better provider.

    @lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    Really trash #skybroadband again. My kids have been complaining this evening as they've been dropped out of xbox games mid-game due to crap wifi. It's not the speed or service we should expect & we still haven't received the booster promised! #poorcustomerservice @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I live in NE23 and I am into day 3 of no internet. After 3 conversations o finally got someone to tell me the truth that there is an outage and it is with Sky, not me!! Yous nearly had me fooled. I am in the process of upgrading my broadband and I will cancel.

    @Seriousist_ Also he shouldn't have spoken to skysports to convey his annoyance about the deal being broken down they made him look unprofessional by turning up at QPR trying to force a deal. Can't forget what he said about his future; he'll cross the bridge when he gets there.

    @SkyHelpTeam I haven’t had satellite signal on ITV, and any sky channel (i.e sky news, sky sports) for 4 days. I originally put it down to the storm but no bad weather currently. How do I fix this please?

    @SkyHelpTeam second time asking for help. Disney plus is not working on my new sky q box. I’ve tried private messaging and just get a auto response thing which says they don’t understand what I’m asking. It’s So frustrating
