@SkyHelpTeam This is no help at all. I need to actually speak to someone but you don’t allow me. Ultimately the process to return my old device was not followed by Sky so never happened.

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

@SkyHelpTeam I can’t have the UHD because I don’t have the right box. I was then transferred to another team, which is now closed, so the issue with my account remains unresolved. My “new” HD contract was never enforced, yet I have paid TWO admin fees for it and I’m still no better off!

@SkyHelpTeam As I have just said, my box appears to be the one that doesn’t support UHD. It is impossible to get through to anyone on the telephone who I can discuss my subscription with. I was supposed to have a new contract started and this hasn’t happened either.
