    @SkyHelpTeam of you continue to throttle my internet speeds because I refuse to pay £5 for “boost” I will report you to Trading Standards. I had no Wi-Fi problems when paying for boost, but from the day I stopped paying it’s been problem after problem

    @SkyUK I am so frustrated with broadband service. I am without internet since 24th Dec. Zero support from customer support. They booked appointment with @OpenreachHelp twice but they didn't turn up. On last call with sky, customer support member didn't let me speak to his manager

    @SkyHelpTeam Good morning William, if you see my first tweet. I did call the sales team who were quite rude and condescending because I asked if there were any deals for being a previous customer. I would have thought Sky wanted customers to return?
