  @SkyHelpTeam Hello. We are consistently having issues with our Sky broadband despite multiple booster boxes. A number of times it shows as no internet for 30 mins or so and takes a while to fix. Today, so far it’s not fixable. Please can you help?

  With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

  @SkyHelpTeam you say the problem is solved, but we aren’t getting anything at all. Using @EE 4G to connect to anything atm. And yes, I’ve clicked on your link. It says everything is fine and I’m receiving 75mps download speeds. Ha!!

  @SkyHelpTeam Pretty sure I’ve just told you. It’s a software problem and sky haven’t came up with a new release yet. It’s a known issue which you should probably know about being the sky help team. My speed constantly drops to below 20.
