@SkyHelpTeam Seriously, what is happening with Sky Go? Worked find earlier this week (laptop, windows 10). Now crashing on startup. Spoke to one of your advisors earlier who basically said there’s a server issue and to “try again later”. Does anyone actually have a solution?

@SkyUK really frustrating! Have had low bb speed <100 for month but Sky said problem at my end. Finally get an eng visit says BT throttle the line. So well below my contract but I’m left to call and battle for refund. Sky text about wifi guarantee - NO it’s broadband! Plat VIP!

@SkyHelpTeam Your system doesn’t allow amendments to downgrade but you can upgrade- so it’s easy to spend money on account. I have tried ringing several times a day and when you select downgrade your on hold for nearly an hour. I need to cancel my package and need an option to do this
