Avoid #Skystore at all cost's. I rented a movie. But I had to interrupt watching it. When I went back to view it. I unfortunately pressed the wrong option by mistake. And ended up buying it as well. I contacted @SkyUK to explain and ask for a refund. 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

@SkyHelpTeam EVERY,and I mean EVERY NIGHT since we got the new sky broadband hub in,the internet just drops all the time,it's starting to get ridiculous now,we never wanted a new one but got made to because it was better and updated,IT HARDLY WORKS!how is that better???
