@FamilyLawJack @SkyHelpTeam I had this in the summer. Linked to an upgrade from one type of internet to another (excellent tech knowledge!) There is a glitch that prevents the move until something is done at Sky's end. Took 2.5 months to fix but they did fund a pay as you go SIM for us.

@realutdfan @SkySports Both incidents were bad, but the difference is Liverpool fans have condemned those actions whereas United fans seem to be applauding the proteators. I'd rather be behind a well protected bus having objects thrown at me than be one of those policeman yesterday with no protection

@SkyUK Good morning, i'm due to have sky q out tomorrow for installation but have been informed by a sky engineer who is at my neighbours I wont get signal. He has put up a new dish up for them but said this isn't an option for me. So need to know what is going to happen tomorrow
