@SkyHelpTeam Will need to be classed as a mass outage to resolve. As he isn’t getting in our home on this appointment. No one seems to take us seriously. I don’t particularly think it’s a joke that 48 homes have no landlines and no broadband. So why we can not be taken seriously I don’t know

@bt_uk @SkyUK Unbelievably bad experience with Sky this morning and error with BT. BT engineer visited and has accidentally cut us off. No number to call them. And Sky our main provider says unable to escalate have to wait until Saturday for routine visit. Well I work from home!
