@SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box keeps losing the internet connection. I’ve followed all the online advice and our internet Wi-fi signal is strong. Tried changing the router channel but still happening. Makes using Skytv, app and mini box impossible. Help please. #frustrating

@mrbean1927 @SkySports Try doing this, I did it and it worked On sky remote go down to sports not TV guide and go across to other multi showings and click on it then it should work

@SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

@SkyHelpTeam not impressed. Booked Sky Q installation for today. Told Sky I had to take my wife to work between 8-9am and they said it was fine. Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

@SkySports Loris ran into Wilson, Wilson stops and his arm is up to protect himself, foul by Loris. Loris then cheats to try to influence the game by throwing himself to the floor. Poor referee, goal correctly give, Loris should be booked for simulation (cheating!)
