@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

@_drane @SkyUK If you use your hotspot try balancing your phone near an open window It might help the phone signal get in if you’ve got coated or treated glass

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you for this. Unfortunately nothing worked I called sky, they cant help. They said it is down to yahoo and basically tough luck. I got my email account through sky so i do expect them to be able to fix it or at least contact Yahoo.obviously not! Now I cant access my emails.

@SkyHelpTeam how is it I'm fine to pay £50+ per month for 18 month tv package, yet 10 months later with no problems paying, I'm not ok for £10 per month for a budget phone?? I've got tv, fibre bb, and mobile contracts all due for renewal next year... maybe I should try VM02..🤔
