@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that. The automated system asks what the problem is and so I say talk shield isn’t working - response was you can’t have it as you done have sky talk and sky broadband. I do. And I’ve had talk shield since it started. The only change was this year to fibre BB.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Alison. We do call. We call every single day. Every day we have to re-explain the issue to a different person, who advises they will call us back at a certain time. THEY NEVER CALL BACK, so we repeat step 1. EVERY DAY.
