    @SkyHelpTeam Openreach say I has fttp. Your system says no. Why? I want to pay you more!!! Several emails and calls and not resolved. Last one to my wife was rude + condescending. Not happy. Due for renewal soon. If you want my business get it sorted.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is no help at all. I need to actually speak to someone but you don’t allow me. Ultimately the process to return my old device was not followed by Sky so never happened.

    @_drane @SkyUK If you use your hotspot try balancing your phone near an open window It might help the phone signal get in if you’ve got coated or treated glass

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Glass TV will not work. When I ring the customer services number it says "we are aware of an issue with your telephone exchange" then I am told I will have to wait 45 mins to speak to an operator. I do not pay £100+ a month for this sort of service
