    @SkyHelpTeam Help needed please, Sky customer is shocking! I was promised a call from Sky technical support tonight at 7pm - no call! Very disappointed! Still no Broadband since installation of new Ultrafast 1. Just disgraceful!

    @SkyHelpTeam We have had no stop issues with Sky Broadway over the the last few months since the installation of Sky Q - with the lash engineer visit only on Friday - we pay a fortune for a second class service of late !

    @SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

    @SkyUK £28 for "broadband" which works depending on weather, or £30 for fibre to house with 10x speed and 0 interruptions from something like fibre heroes. Hard choice 👌 might invest in infrastructure instead of adds and costumer service?
