@ccgos @SkyHelpTeam Agreed. Very keen to force people to assume it’s their problem and not the network issue. And the help pages offer 0 guidance on what to do if your router isn’t connecting to the internet. It’s all geared towards if you can’t connect to the Wi-Fi. Load of rubbish

If it wasn’t for where I’d live I’d be back on virgin media in a heart beat, rarely had problems with them and I could find out exactly what speeds I was getting too rather than the projected “79” their website says and only device using it says I’m on 2. it’s BS

@jrewillis @SkyHelpTeam 9 hours now, must be a big problem whatever it is. I find it normally very reliable though, especially compared to virgin. Frustrating though and it makes you realise how dependent on the internet we are getting.

@SkyUK So, Monday till Wednesday SKY let us and many others down with no bb service, restricted equipment usage only. Today recorded and watched that SAS move, what a pile of garbage! Those so called actors got paid I assume?
