Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyHelpTeam not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

@KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

@SkyHelpTeam Refuses to connect and when re - enter passwirs just keeps on stating authenication error or just say "connecting" and never does. This is not an acceptable service.

Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! I’ve just spoken to your terrible customer service team! The woman couldn’t do “downgrading” or “cancelling” accounts. She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

@SkyHelpTeam Hi The Sky Q voice control has stopped working today. I’ve reset the remote, rebooted the sky box & reset the Internet. Still nothing. Tried my upstairs sky box & the same. Can you confirm if there is a problem. Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Hi William, no. iPad works fine for accessing Sky Go, as does laptop for accessing my account on the website. I always seem@to have issues with the Sky Go app on my phone. Attempted to delete and reinstall, Same login issue. Thanks

@kerrylo @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue on my iPad Pro. Been back and forth with the support team - they weren’t much use. Decided to try logging in on an older iPad and it worked. Clearly not all iOS devices are compatible. Disappointing, was hoping to watch on a bigger screen.
