    @afneil The #BBC is a public service broadcaster. It should focus on content the profit-seeking firms like @SkySports would not give airtime to but nevertheless is of importance.

    @KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

    @Doyley25lfc @SkyHelpTeam I have only had Sky Q three weeks and it’s been troublesome so far. Sound dropouts through cinema system, input issues with the box not recognising the input change and now UHD flickering. Plus my subscription has been hiked by £5 a month weeks after upgrading. Poor show.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyStore I was told this back in February and I still have to purchase the DVD option when buying downloads as my daughter is deaf and requires subtitles. I’m sure I’m not the only person identifying this problem

    @SkyHelpTeam Really disappointed in your customer service today. Andrew on the phone was great, but to wait 6 days for an engineer to fit a new Sky Q box with no TV whatsoever for the family is a disgrace. I only subscribe to #skysports for the cricket and now I will miss #CWC19

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Interesting that people jump to conclusions based on media reports who themselves will not be privy to the full facts.Shame it has come to this but rather than make wild and in some cases stupid statements I will await the full facts and pray the club will act equitably.

    Shocking service from @SkyUK - I find an offer that says ends in 7 minutes - I call the number linked and it says that department is closed. Call back before 8pm. It’s 7.52pm. Thanks sky what a pile of ****.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi The Sky Q voice control has stopped working today. I’ve reset the remote, rebooted the sky box & reset the Internet. Still nothing. Tried my upstairs sky box & the same. Can you confirm if there is a problem. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I can’t get my brain this - last Saturday we flew to Jamaica from LHR & stopped in Nassau for 2 hours to collect passengers. My phone magically picked up a mobile signal from somewhere and I’ve been charged £189. £189 for two hours for doing nothing 🙁

    @IanHopJr @boxing420uk @SkySports Got involved in Ukraine but lacks consistency as we ignore what Saudi are doing to other countries. Read up, have a look at Somalia for example. Similar issue yet no action from us. Go have a look.
