With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

@SkyUK I have been trying to get through to book an engineer for my sky Q box. It keeps freezing and needs to be rebooted at least 3 times a day. I have tried ringing but was on hold for 10 mins, then received a text message which didn't help either.
