@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkyHelpTeam hey sky. Stop telling us to run a line test. That’s not working via app OR browser. In case you haven’t realised from the influx of tweets you’ve been receiving you clearly have a massive widespread outage of some description. Try fixing it rather than fobbing us off

@SkyHelpTeam all green on my sky q hub. But cannot connect to my sky box and Internet is dropping in and out. Going off what twitter says this seems to be a national issue? I can't even run a test on the website?
