@SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box keeps losing the internet connection. I’ve followed all the online advice and our internet Wi-fi signal is strong. Tried changing the router channel but still happening. Makes using Skytv, app and mini box impossible. Help please. #frustrating

@SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but this response is absolutely no use at all! I’m going into a 3rd week of paying for a service I cannot use - and have tried literally hundreds of times online and by phone to try and pause my Sky Sports package which I pay you an absolute fortune for. Please help!!

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

Got home to no @SkyUK broadband last night & hearing that my daughter missed an online lesson due to this. Tried contacting them. 🤯 I finally get an sms 12hrs later with an online link. Wonder if the service would’ve been quicker if I wanted to upgrade with them.
