    @SkyHelpTeam Help needed please, Sky customer is shocking! I was promised a call from Sky technical support tonight at 7pm - no call! Very disappointed! Still no Broadband since installation of new Ultrafast 1. Just disgraceful!

    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with using the SkyGo app on iPhone? I’ve been unable to use it for a few weeks now. Doesn’t do anything when I try to watch something, just black screen with loading cog.

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @Doyley25lfc @SkyHelpTeam I have only had Sky Q three weeks and it’s been troublesome so far. Sound dropouts through cinema system, input issues with the box not recognising the input change and now UHD flickering. Plus my subscription has been hiked by £5 a month weeks after upgrading. Poor show.

    @KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

    Thanks @skyuk! Been waiting 12 days for an engineer and then this morning he doesn’t turn up. Next available appointment now is the 5th January which if I miss, cancel or reschedule may cost me £25 🤬 Netflix it is for Christmas then. Merry Christmas @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK is an absolute joke half my channels missing MySky app says book engineer online then says you can’t book online coz I’m not a Skyq customer. Says you can message them. Message them and they are not receiving messages. Phone then they are only helping certain ppl 👎

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom Dear Sky please update or recall your sky max hub routers as they are really not great.compared to other wifi 6 routers on the market from other providers this is by far the worst.and for the price you charge you are not cheap either

    @OfficialPuge @SkyHelpTeam Are you running the test on speed test via WIFI? If you’re having issues like this I’d recommend phoning them to test it because you’d likely be missing out on compensation at the least if there is an issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is the listings missing on RTE One HD on Sky Stream? already rebooted the box still the same this only channel that has no listings. problem is because the box doesn't know whats on it keeps asking for a pin.

    @tonylon83 @SkyHelpTeam @skytv Honestly, all they have to do is put a phone number on the website, or better still give existing customers the deals new customers get, £149 a month existing, same deal as a new customer £49 for 24 months.
