@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@BPete1970 @SkySports For two years they've been rapidly tabloidising the entire network. There's never been a bigger need for high quality football programming since they've been taking shoddy action like this. What's worse is the former pro's that are sucked in by the need to play up for tv too.
