  @SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box keeps losing the internet connection. I’ve followed all the online advice and our internet Wi-fi signal is strong. Tried changing the router channel but still happening. Makes using Skytv, app and mini box impossible. Help please. #frustrating

It’s just the fact it’s a woman being more knowledgable about football that’s got some people’s backs up. The amount of stick she gets isn’t fair.   @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam As if people have not realised yet New customer = discount price to gain the business. Renewal = ACTUAL price as you've given them the business. If you cancel, you pay a cancellation fee. Moral of the story: NEVER EVER RENEW! Allow your contract to expire, then move elsewhere.

  @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam Yep, we have been loyal SKY customers for over 38 years, just cancelled my contract with them, now BT customer, £20.00 cheaper and yes they told us it will go up a few pounds during next 6 months, but happy with that! My tv Sky packages finish next week and 4 mobiles the same
