With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkyHelpTeam any issues with broadband in WV10? My home broadband isn't working and my husband'swork broadband (also in WV10) stopped working at 2.45pm but they are with a different provider. I presume that since both are down there is an issue?

@Begos7777 @SkySports Tbf theyve been awful for everyone. Just in the bigger games a la ours, citehs etc they make catastrophic errors. Hes sounds like a reanimated corpse. Its woefully inadequete for what we pay for it
