Thanks @skyuk! Been waiting 12 days for an engineer and then this morning he doesn’t turn up. Next available appointment now is the 5th January which if I miss, cancel or reschedule may cost me £25 🤬 Netflix it is for Christmas then. Merry Christmas @SkyHelpTeam

I swear we need to change ISP and TV providers. Nearly all of our channels don't get signal all of a sudden and the apparently 30Mbps Internet keeps cutting out. Doing my head in now @SkyUK

@SkySports So the same punishment as countries get for blatant and horrible rascism. I say ignore it and open the doors anyway until rascism is punished properly and teams are kicked out of tournaments. Ignore them and challenge them. See what they do and stand up.

@SkyHelpTeam am really surprised that your more interested in looking after your existing customers, dont you think getting new customers should be top priority. I was a sky customer for 25 years left because I moved and large trees prevented me getting a satellite dish.
