    @SkySports @btsport @premierleague As a customer of both TV Channels, can you confirm that all Clubs will have an equal amount of games on your channels and then on PPV??? Or will the Top 6 fans will get the better deal again?? I’ll wait.....

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

    @SkyHelpTeam can someone help me out please? I am speaking to someone called Aaron who is insisting on not helping me! Paying £42 a month for 2.5mbs broadband. He admits there’s a fault but won’t do anything about it.

    @SkyHelpTeam One was sent out on 8/12 and I have now requested another one. Obviously not happy as i need to access bank accounts etc and can’t do that without any service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ultrafast is something I can't have and that is FTTP so I am a bit confused why you are saying it would support ultrafast as it wouldn't? FTTP and FTTC are totally different. I am talking about switching from fibre max to superfast both the exact same speeds and both FTTC

    @SkyHelpTeam got your text at 9:24am “Your Broadband is now active. Please connect your Broadband Box.” I only have 2 lights on the front. Power & WiFi. No internet. I’ve been through your instructions repeatedly, nothing makes any difference. I’m paying for a day with no service

    @jjenas8 Listen I’d rather @jjenas8 opinion on spurs players as he comes across as a spurs man still . Its better than the drips on @SkySports commentating and so called pundits always putting us down as a club and have an hate agenda against us. Jamie redknapp just one that stands out

    @SkyHelpTeam tried that but says no issues then when it tries to do the broadband check it shows there were issues but then says Skys app checks are not working at present,. And as I say the neighbours were also down, now back up but internet slow . Maybe there is an issue at local exchange?

    @SkyUK Have you had issues in the PE32 area my Mum had no phone or internet neither did her neighbour . it has now come back on but slowish and been intermittent issues for past week

    @SkyUK utterly dreadful customer service, an awful experience with you, and if it wasn’t for the waiting period we’d have to go through to get our broadband/TV set up with another supplier then I would change immediately - absolutely ridiculous, utter garbage customer service.
