@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

The default is to keep the flag down knowing VAR would check not put the flag up just in case. I know ultimately they got the correct decision but not due to good work by the linesman
