@Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

@SkyHelpTeam There is no number? I’ve tried calling the usual call centre number and I can’t get through- hence using Twitter. I spoke to Apple and they said it’s an issue for Sky to deal with. If it’s not sorted I will send it back to sky and get it with another supplier with full warranty

Hi @SkyUK really poor customer service. Ordered Sky Q on 11/11 due on 3/12. Engineer didn’t arrive saying couldn’t locate property! Assume couldn’t be bothered as it was 5.45! Told can’t come until 6/1. Nearly 2 months after order. Dreadful service. Now looking at other providers
