@SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box keeps losing the internet connection. I’ve followed all the online advice and our internet Wi-fi signal is strong. Tried changing the router channel but still happening. Makes using Skytv, app and mini box impossible. Help please. #frustrating

@SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

@SkyHelpTeam Tried all that several times last night. Your website when checking for local issues didn’t respond. Also reset the router several times. Thankfully the @SkyUK broadband outage across parts of Northern Ireland seems to fixed this morning.

@SkyUK We've tried this, and had to send it back. No recordings, the picture was a bit poor for us and also there'd be no TV if our Internet goes down (which is everyday in our house!). We love the idea of no box but it isn't right for us at the minute.
