    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

    @SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

    @Chez261984 @SkySports Exactly. There's many examples of women sports starts that get attention and that's because they're good to watch. I mean look at someone like Katie Taylor...massive following because she's great to watch. The standard of women's football is simply poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried again online, it just goes round in circles, every link to ‘offers and upgrades’ just takes me to my account homepage, the only options for broadband is to view my current package or for support, if I click to upgrade it links back to the account homepage again?
