Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! I’ve just spoken to your terrible customer service team! The woman couldn’t do “downgrading” or “cancelling” accounts. She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

@Doyley25lfc @SkyHelpTeam I have only had Sky Q three weeks and it’s been troublesome so far. Sound dropouts through cinema system, input issues with the box not recognising the input change and now UHD flickering. Plus my subscription has been hiked by £5 a month weeks after upgrading. Poor show.

After watching the game back this morning, it’s even more embarrassing the performance of all the officials last night, both assistants made shocking decisions too. None more so that giving offside against Matt from a throw in. Poor analysis from @SkySports too which is a shame.

Apparently @Cymru (and other home nations) don't deserve to have the highlights for their most recent #EuropeanQualifiers on Sky Go, whilst only England do 🤷 @SkySports force us to buy their packages to watch it, and then can't be bothered to provide a full service.

@SkyHelpTeam Not sure, they've said the same thing 4 times already, then don't get in touch. One said, I'd get an email with an update 24 hours later, I didn't, this was 2 months ago. I'm fine with being patient and waiting for an update, but 2 months with my issue unresolved is pushing it.
