    5/ I know in the current climate there are more important things to worry about but clearly all that waffle about being a VIP customer is crap. In just over 3 months I’ll now be paying ££30 a month more than I was advised and damn near back to where I was @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, I dont know lol. Engineer last week said mini boxes need to be hard wired to remove strain on the wifi + booster installed for Wi-Fi signal as mini boxes would no longer provide wifi mesh system. Engineer came today and said all is well and removed booster and hard wire

    @SkyHelpTeam I spoke to them last month and this took over an hour and have just waited 30 minutes again this even I’m not prepared to waste anymore of my own time. Please refund me for the last 3 months and cancel my sky broadband.
