@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

@chasgasson @SkyUK @virginmedia don’t go with virgin media. charge you so much so so little, jsut search up “virgin media down” on twitter, you’ll find pools and pools of complaints of overcharging. my ps4 is in the same room as my wi-fi box, still gets no service.

@SkyUK After 13 years I get to say bye bye in July , prices always creep up and you never tell customers anything , I once found out my package didn't even exist anymore and new version which was same stuff under different fancy name was £25 a month cheaper .

@SkyHelpTeam They are called Barden Network Engineers, they have offices in Truro and Gloucestershire I think? There isn't any local issues noted when checked on the link provided. But there's definitely no internet and landlines are effected aswell.

@SkyUK just got Sky Glass. Was super excited. IT DOES NOT WORK. Started the activation, it did a software update then restarted. Got to a Sky Glass screen, cut out & restarted. Kept cutting out & restarting. Called customer services. 35 minutes repeating the exercise. Urgh. ☹
