@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkyUK hello i am still waiting for my sky broadband to be installed it's been over 4-5 months now, i'm extremely disappointed with my service, sky's waiting times are totally unrealistic and have had to pay £30 extra a month to my tele bill to tether from my phone to my laptop
