Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyUK not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

@SkyHelpTeam Refuses to connect and when re - enter passwirs just keeps on stating authenication error or just say "connecting" and never does. This is not an acceptable service.

@SkyHelpTeam Totally fed up with sky tv here in NP20. Its been down most of the day for days now and comes back on late afternoon. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.

@SkyUK hi sky. I’m currently awaiting my local council to fix my communal dish due to not getting any satellite signal. I had a engineer to my home to upgrade to sky Q but council have said my property is not eligible for it. Can someone advice me off this please?

@SkyHelpTeam The fault started Wednesday last week when I assumed it was a box issue, despite trouble shooting with an adviser this failed too work and adviser said would be better too upgrade (as a 10year customer we had a special offer)
