    @SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam After trying to work from home with WiFi painfully slow, I made the mistake of calling to get the refund due as a service guarantee. It’s great to upgrade at the touch of a button but it’s nigh on impossible to downgrade or complain #WFH #Broadband #snailspace

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, why are you pin protecting absolutely random episodes of Futurama or Simpsons?! (& only on Sky channels) They never, ever used to and they're being shown in the same timeslot as they always have, it's really frustrating when you just want background noise

    @SkyHelpTeam Speed into my hub from outside is 24mbps when I speed check it tells me there is a problem, I'm on superfast 35 (best I can get in my village )just seems strange that if I do speed tests from other sites all are well below your guarantee of a min 24

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, its seems as I'm having the same winter weather problems. A dry 8 degrees night is causing my line to be capped and throttled to speeds under 19mb even though I'm guaranteed 37 and should get between 45 to 51. Phenomenon. @virginmedia
