    @SkyUK is an absolute joke half my channels missing MySky app says book engineer online then says you canโ€™t book online coz Iโ€™m not a Skyq customer. Says you can message them. Message them and they are not receiving messages. Phone then they are only helping certain ppl ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @waxperfect @SkyHelpTeam When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out youโ€™ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and weโ€™ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

    @SkyUK Disappointed, I had a 24 month contract at ยฃ24 a month fixed for two years (agreed in writing) then after 12 months you bumped the cost up to ยฃ27, so I complained via email and your response? You said sorry if I feel let down, but no offer to fix the problem. Appalling.
