    Really trash #skybroadband again. My kids have been complaining this evening as they've been dropped out of xbox games mid-game due to crap wifi. It's not the speed or service we should expect & we still haven't received the booster promised! #poorcustomerservice @SkyHelpTeam

    @breezymate @SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @lairy72 @SkyUK If they make any admissions of poor service/promise to do anything for you (e.g. send a router/booster) ensure you get them to email you written confirmation whilst you are still on the phone with them, or they'll deny it was ever said & won't be able to locate recording of call!

    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @100Climbs @ibiza74pete1 Brilliant! Snag is, though I threaten to do this, the kids know I need to keep it on in order to run my business! Does anyone know if it's possible to divide the wifi signal so I can keep one channel on (password protected) but switch off the other? I use Sky. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam can someone help me out please? I am speaking to someone called Aaron who is insisting on not helping me! Paying £42 a month for 2.5mbs broadband. He admits there’s a fault but won’t do anything about it.

    Been with @SkyUK almost 9yrs and this is the first time that an engineer has spoken to me so rudely. He knocks my door and TELLS me that he's cutting me off because I'm stealing from another customer. I EXPLAIED to him I have my own account and dish. He then points to the side

    @skyhelpteam I have had poor WiFi coverage at my home for months, I have tried calling but as I am not vulnerable or Over 70 I can not get help. I have tried all the tips on website, It needs a booster. Can you please help?

    @StarLightsGirlx @SkyHelpTeam sounds as though you've just got your Q boxes on Eco standby mode. This means they go into a low power mode between 2-6am so Google how to check and then change to either Active or None and you should have your issues resolved

    @SkyHelpTeam we’ve tried everything only other way to get our internet back as it always goes down at same time every morning between 3am - 6am is to switch the internet sky box off at the plug wait 5 seconds and switch it back on again

    @SkyHelpTeam I cancelled my F1 package 5 weeks ago and I noticed today that my payment was still going to be the same for the December payment , your customer services dept was still saying I would still have to pay the full amount for this month even though it was your mistake. 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s my mums. On her own at Xmas with no tele now. 30 years with sky never missed a bill, took sky to her new home now this. The fact it was working before the advisor told us to do several resets makes it very annoying!

    @SkyHelpTeam Had an engineer come out on Wednesday as we have no Internet, adv it's an external issue and escalated to OpenReach. Adv 48 hours it will be sorted. Very nearly at that point and still not resolved. Can i have an update?
