Sky Broadband is shite @SkyHelpTeam I have ultrafast plus and yet download speeds are way below what you say, streaming is slow and the wifi doesn’t reach every room. Talking to someone about it is a 45 minute wait. What’s the point? Useless

@SkyHelpTeam can you please tell me why it is so hard for you to send a router out so it arrives before the installers. 3 weeks since we upgraded and bt arrive this morning our router not till this afternoon. Cant do the proper checks. Shocking service for the price we pay.

@SkyHelpTeam Any chance of somebody sorting out our hopeless broadband? Consistently runs at around 2Mbps. Please don't ask me to call your support line, don't think I can face being asked if the cable is plugged in after an hour on hold.
