    @SkyHelpTeam erm, so Paramount + has launched… free with Sky Cinema, £6.99 if not, can you tell me why as a Sky Glass customer why I have to subscribe to Cinema to get this at £11 pm when I should also be able to just get at £6.99???? Not exactly fair

    @SkyHelpTeam I am currently in Spain, with mobile data turned off. I am on a wifi network, send an iMessage, and you’ve sent it as a text message and charged me £2 for roaming passport plus. I’d like the £2 refunded please as I am using wifi.

    @alisonmanic @SkyHelpTeam Also there is fault on your line, if you cancel and go to another provider the fault still needs to be fixed you muppet so you'll be without internet for at least 3 weeks
