@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

Absolutely furious @SkyUK customer service! Many phone calls to help sort my son’s mobile account out after he had his phone stolen! Calls not documented, direct debit stopped, account closed & calls cut off when we have called Not good enough sky, customers for over 30 years!
