@SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@PSClarke28 @SkyHelpTeam its not compensation as thats regulated by Ofcom. also its a domestic broadband service so gives you no right to WFH as it doesn't have an SLA for working. So you need to get yourself into the office or not moan when it goes off if you are insistent on relying on it
