@SkyHelpTeam Totally fed up with sky tv here in NP20. Its been down most of the day for days now and comes back on late afternoon. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.

Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyUK not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

@SkyUK if BT haven't put Fibre cables in your road, you can only have super fast up the junction box .... after that you could have really slow speeds up your road where BB cuts off because there are too many people on it. You still pay the same for that lesser service.
