    @SkyHelpTeam Openreach say I has fttp. Your system says no. Why? I want to pay you more!!! Several emails and calls and not resolved. Last one to my wife was rude + condescending. Not happy. Due for renewal soon. If you want my business get it sorted.

    @SkyHelpTeam not impressed - called to recontract. Was made a decent offer but told I have to pay a £20 admin fee for the privilege of entering into another 18 month contract with you. Been with you for 21 years. Time to cancel?

    @SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there I've been having an issue with my internet since 2am this morning, in Eastleigh Hampshire UK. I've checked online and it says no issues but it has been dropping in and out all day. It's mostly the connection to my Xbox that's so bad.

    I’ve done a media blackout ALL day to avoid the #AzerbaijanGP quali results. 1 min before I watch a live rerun of the quali on @SkySportsF1, I hear the result thanks to the last ad before the prog being an advert for tomorrow’s GP from SkySports. Gutted. Really crap.Thanks @skytv

    @SkySports Whichever one it is that's in the ring with Mayweather will get punched to ****. I'm not a fan but can't fault any of them for taking the PPV if people are prepared to part with their money to give Mayweather a $100m payday. Entertainment to some I suppose

    @SkyHelpTeam The perfect solution for the man who has anxiety problems and finds it almost impossible to make a call, have him call sky for the third time in a week to try and cancel again, I won't be getting anxious at all for the next twelve hours as I wait for them to open.
