Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyUK not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

@SkyHelpTeam Totally fed up with sky tv here in NP20. Its been down most of the day for days now and comes back on late afternoon. Sky not admitting a problem so booked an engineer to check the system, won’t get a visit for TEN days, absolutely disgusting service.

Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! I’ve just spoken to your terrible customer service team! The woman couldn’t do “downgrading” or “cancelling” accounts. She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

@SkyHelpTeam I ordered a phone on 22Dec. It appears the ordered phone has been swapped for a cheaper phone when delivererd. Have spent 145mins on 9 calls trying to resolve. Still no updates or resolution. I am being charged and do not have the phone @Moneybox @MartinSLewis pt1/2
