Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

I think he never played in Europe so maybe thst goes against him but he was clearly sensational. Difficult especially never seeing him in my time just clips and old videos.

I ended up writing to the CEO (at a time I had the word โmediaโ in my work email address) and said that funnily enough, passing on the virgin pin wasnโt top of his bucket list when he was given weeks to live! Took the CEO intervening to finally get it sorted out, bloody ludicrous!

When my mum wasnโt budging they just hung up on her. Others have been equally rude. Moved her off from BT to Vodafone and theyโre just as bad.

They quote you high, you threat to leave they knock it down by at least 30%. No two people are on the same pricing mechanisms.
