    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

    @SkyHelpTeam Getting about half the speed we were with no changes our end for months now. Your online diagnostic page acknowledges we are not getting the speed we should but then says an engineer visit will not solve problem? We used to get 60mb now only 35mb.. i want an engineer to check it
