    @SkyHelpTeam Hi The Sky Q voice control has stopped working today. I’ve reset the remote, rebooted the sky box & reset the Internet. Still nothing. Tried my upstairs sky box & the same. Can you confirm if there is a problem. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam It's okay. You're doing your best. Customer service is awesome, just inconsistent connections and the fact I've had an engineer out 2x in 2 months is dramatic haha.

    @Deaconboy666 @SkyUK @BT Yeah honestly man that new router hasn't done shit. Changes the 5GHz to a stronger channel but the 5 on it is wack anyway. Also if you notice it is just bad on a daily basis anyway like I could start out at 23 down and it would work its way down to 12... Not good.

    @KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

    @SkyHelpTeam 9.7 it goes down to. BT came to do a line test and said my internet has been preforming awful and advised me when he submits his information I should be able to receive a discount as I’ve not been receiving what I’ve been paying for.
