With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam To many issues. I spoke to an advisor a couple of weeks ago who assured my the issue was being escalated, obviously nobody has bothered getting back to me, and the issues are persisting. This untimely outage is unpredictable but added to all my issues is the final straw.!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam please can you confirm what’s going on with Sky Mobile currently? I can’t make outgoing calls, it says ‘this number doesn’t exist’ whenever I try, which is obviously going to be a problem in an emergency! Looking at Twitter, I’m not the only customer with this issue

@SkyHelpTeam are you having issues with mobile. Family unable to call me or any numbers that Sky is not provider they get message saying number doesn’t exist. They are sky mobile I am different provider. No issues with my provider I have already checked with them
