@SkyHelpTeam @seaside_sophie Yes but the clear issue here is that someone tells you they cannot afford an increase and want to cancel, and you then get them to stay on a slightly lower contract knowing full well you'll just up it later anyway. A contract should be pre agreed costs for a pre agreed period.

@SkyHelpTeam Again it has never been the broadband. The issue has been sky glass the entire time. The full hardware of the TV is being replaced as the agent advised it has been faulty since day one. My issue is @SkyUK has fobbed is off every time. Blaming my broadband
