@SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box keeps losing the internet connection. I’ve followed all the online advice and our internet Wi-fi signal is strong. Tried changing the router channel but still happening. Makes using Skytv, app and mini box impossible. Help please. #frustrating

@SkyHelpTeam Is that the Sky Broadband Buddy you charge extra for ? You would think people should be able to control their own broadband without being charged extra on top of the charge for the actual (temperamental) product/service. Much like your ‘equipment insurance’ for rented machines.🙄

@MotoGPTipster @SkyHelpTeam I had an issue a few months ago but my internet needed upgrades and I was using so much of it with being at home full time. It was sorted quickly. I had BT and Virgin in the past and both were not good for me. I guess it depends where you are located
