I swear we need to change ISP and TV providers. Nearly all of our channels don't get signal all of a sudden and the apparently 30Mbps Internet keeps cutting out. Doing my head in now @SkyUK

Thanks @skyuk! Been waiting 12 days for an engineer and then this morning he doesn’t turn up. Next available appointment now is the 5th January which if I miss, cancel or reschedule may cost me £25 🤬 Netflix it is for Christmas then. Merry Christmas @SkyHelpTeam

You have to do all the running around, as departments don’t talk to each other and the incompetence of the company is shocking. @SkyUK changed from BT broadband on 9th Nov. Continued drop outs, replacement router, made calls to get fix, canx dept closed early Tues, asked for call back, didn't happen. Tried to call at 8am, canx closed until 0845, more waiting for 30-60m probably! Sky please contact me!!
