    @SkyHelpTeam I’m sorry but this response is absolutely no use at all! I’m going into a 3rd week of paying for a service I cannot use - and have tried literally hundreds of times online and by phone to try and pause my Sky Sports package which I pay you an absolute fortune for. Please help!!

    @SkyUK is an absolute joke half my channels missing MySky app says book engineer online then says you can’t book online coz I’m not a Skyq customer. Says you can message them. Message them and they are not receiving messages. Phone then they are only helping certain ppl 👎

    3 months 8 engineers and over 75 calls to @SkyHelpTeam was promised faithfully a call back to resolve the issue before 6pm today. Guess what no call back.

    @SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box keeps losing the internet connection. I’ve followed all the online advice and our internet Wi-fi signal is strong. Tried changing the router channel but still happening. Makes using Skytv, app and mini box impossible. Help please. #frustrating

    @SkyHelpTeam Trying to claim a refer a friend reward for my mother. Been told she’d have it several times, hasn’t arrived. Spent 2 hours on your messenger chat to now be told it will take another 15 days! 0/10 for customer service, really awful.

    Day five with no internet has begun. Having to travel to an actual office just to attend a remote meeting elsewhere. Must be a significant bit of damage to that phone exchange. Updates on progress would be nice, but not forthcoming from @SkyHelpTeam

    @bukko25 @SkyUK I have heard Glass doesn’t support +1 channels ? Only HD channels. If that is correct then who with a functioning brain would pay a hell of all lot more for a hell of a lot less. Not sure how popular this is in the short time it’s been out but Sky would have to pay me to take it

    @SkyHelpTeam Was supposed to get both Sky TV and Broadband fitted today. Sky fitted TV and cut all my Virgin cables ( subscription ends 8th march). Then open reach turned up and did not fit master socket. Then left without communication and left me with no Internet or landlines. Help ASAP.
