    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I have not placed an order, I have a fault! Wifi calling is specifically meant to be when you have no mobile signal, it’s meant to use the router instead but never works. Don’t worry I’ve found an email address and made a complaint

    @SkyHelpTeam I switched to your broadband last week. Since day 1 my download speed is 12-13 mbps and apparently the minimum you guarantee is about 40mbps. Your website does a test and says everything is fine. I called your number, it said the same. Clearly it's not, please fix.
