@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase, especially in such unprecedented times. Off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband #BetterDeal

@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkyHelpTeam They can’t confirm it that’s my issue. 3 advisors I’ve spoken to today! Keith who I spoke to at 9.42 said he had changed my date to 19/2, someone else at 11.30 who said couldn’t see notes about date change and Hayley who rudely hung up on me just after 2? It’s ridiculous!

@SkyHelpTeam I've been without broadband since last Friday. I booked an engineer visit on the same day which is logged on my account but has not updated since. Just tried the help number and was told that the waiting time is in excess of 45 minutes! When are you going to fix it?

@SkyHelpTeam had a box installed Feb 1st, 7 days later still no no connection. Promised an engineer yesterday and no one turned up. No response via email, on hold for hours on via phone and live chat offline. Awful service - how can I cancel my subscription.
