@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

@SkyHelpTeam been without Sky TV since Saturday due to a faulty box. DPD tried to exchange the box today but I was at work. I was told DPD would arrange a suitable time to exchange but this never happened. Can this be resolved please?

@zeninternet Thanks Ashley, home BB isn't with Zen. Office services which I control are though. We are bundled with @SkyHelpTeam who have been as helpful as they can. @OpenreachHelp is the issue & their inability to action a permanent fix in a reasonable time frame.

@XboxMjh @lollujo @SkyHelpTeam Unless the newer ones have changed the wireless boosters are just repeaters, repeaters reduce the whole WiFi throughput as they need one of the pairs of antenna pairs be exclusively reserved for backhaul. And the Sky Q boxes don’t even connect via that network that it’s boosting
