@SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box keeps losing the internet connection. I’ve followed all the online advice and our internet Wi-fi signal is strong. Tried changing the router channel but still happening. Makes using Skytv, app and mini box impossible. Help please. #frustrating

Some more excellent customer service from @sky @SkyHelpTeam Received a email asking for a date and time for them to call us, to try and sort the broadband issues of 3 weeks. No phone so we waited for nothing. Even if you fix this problem we are off. #awfulservice #avoidsky

@SkyHelpTeam Hey, Openreach have recently upgraded my area to FTTP and via BT I'm able to order 900mbps ultrafast fiber, yet as I'm an 8 year sky customer it would nice to have that available via sky. Any reason why it may not be avalible?
