Thanks @skyuk! Been waiting 12 days for an engineer and then this morning he doesn’t turn up. Next available appointment now is the 5th January which if I miss, cancel or reschedule may cost me £25 🤬 Netflix it is for Christmas then. Merry Christmas @SkyHelpTeam

I swear we need to change ISP and TV providers. Nearly all of our channels don't get signal all of a sudden and the apparently 30Mbps Internet keeps cutting out. Doing my head in now @SkyUK

Noticed our local green exchange box in the street open to the elements as someone's left the door unlocked and the wind is at it.. not sure if it's connected.

@SkyHelpTeam I have run all the tests online and on the app and still there’s an error. I need to work from from home. This hub isn’t as good as the BT hub we had,we had no issues with BT broadband. I changed to Sky as your team were helpful. Please help urgently. Thank you
