@KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

@SkyHelpTeam No point sky app not showing true speed I’m getting on app says it’s all fine and always above guaranteed speed which is totally not true your internet is slow unstable and always cutting out. When I do speed test never even hits 40mbs It’s fixed results so you never part with £
