    Issues with @SkyHelpTeam once again. Receiving a letter this morning informing me of my broadband price increasing however not being a broadband customer for over 12 months and STILL being charged over £40 a month. Formal complaint put in due to attempting to sort this twice! 😡

    @SkyUK the #skyglass is one if the worst things I've bought, nearly everyday I have issues with it not working, but this morning it's having a complete meltdown!! Wish I'd never got it now, so temperamental and to get through to anyone in tech support is a nightmare!

    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam Got the email about my "VIP rewards". 20 years a customer. Paying €130 a month just for TV and my rewards consist of "Enter here for a chance to win...". Pathetic service. No wonder everyone is moving over to dodgy boxes. This will be my last month.

    @SkyHelpTeam why can’t you accept you have a software or hardware issue with your system. A box goes into standby mode and fan comes on, box freezes. I’ve just spoke to customer services who say they can’t do anything about it. Unacceptable for what you charge monthly

    @SkyHelpTeam @_ActionPhotos I don't believe it has anything to do with power or networking, but some sort of signal or software update fault. It can't be the boxes. Something is telling the box to go into standby and then overheat, to which the box becomes unresponsive.

    @SkyHelpTeam do you know what would be great?? Internet that works!! For days it's been terrible and it's dropped out over 10 times today! Had an engineer come out in May after weeks of issues and now it's happening again. All your checks say everything is fine, clearly not!!
