@SkyHelpTeam Good news Sky, my super fast broadband didn’t cut out long enough tonight to cancel my account and while I was at it I cancelled my TV package and phone line as well. My 4 Sky mobiles are still on contract until April and they will be next. #rottenservice

@SkyHelpTeam I gave up after 90 minutes, been forwarded to 4 different numbers..I’ve been with Sky since 1991 and I pay over £185 per month for mobiles, tv, fibre and landline service and this has to be the most dreadful customer service in the U.K. I’m out of contract in April. #cantwait

@SkyHelpTeam not impressed. Booked Sky Q installation for today. Told Sky I had to take my wife to work between 8-9am and they said it was fine. Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

@SkyHelpTeam I have been a sky customer since 1989 ..I have a tv package..sky phone line..and 4 Sky mobiles ..it costs a fortune and your product is unacceptable.. I refuse to spend anymore time fault finding for Sky. I am giving Sky notice that I will be cancelling all my contacts with you.

@mrbean1927 @SkySports Try doing this, I did it and it worked On sky remote go down to sports not TV guide and go across to other multi showings and click on it then it should work

@SkyHelpTeam With BT who you rent the lines from, we tried Ethernet cable & WiFi the issue still persists. We spoke to an advisor last night who advised that we shouldn’t of been told it is an internet issue & the hardware will need replacing he was very apologetic about it taking so long

If I don't receive a call from anyone at @virginmedia today then my previous service provider @SkyUK have offered me a great deal to return and I'll be taking them up on it and will advise anyone thinking of using you in the future to think twice! Terrible customer service.

I would like to know why after A DECADE @SkyHelpTeam won’t take my abusive fathers name off the account without his permission. My mum has asked for, again, A DECADE to change it. We can’t ask him, it’s dangerous. She always paid but they still won’t take his stupid name off!!!

@SkyHelpTeam @seaside_sophie Yes but the clear issue here is that someone tells you they cannot afford an increase and want to cancel, and you then get them to stay on a slightly lower contract knowing full well you'll just up it later anyway. A contract should be pre agreed costs for a pre agreed period.
