    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you read my message this isn’t a simple turn off router back on fix. The hubs don’t work when I’m connected to a booster. They work fine when near the main wifi.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. We are consistently having issues with our Sky broadband despite multiple booster boxes. A number of times it shows as no internet for 30 mins or so and takes a while to fix. Today, so far it’s not fixable. Please can you help?

    @swansforever @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had issues with ours. 2 WFH and 2 home schooling. Shockingly bad. When I spoke to Amy there excuse was we had too many devices connected - iPads, phones, Alexa etc. It doesn’t say that on the add! If we want decent connection the advice was unplug what we weren’t using!

    @SkyUK Could you provide any information as to why my Sky Q hub is only displaying a SOLID amber light? All help pages on your website refuse to acknowledge this issue and only provide info for a flashing light. Also, no forum pages are available to read.

    @SkyHelpTeam Over 4 hrs on phone with 6 agents, explaining issue each time. Two missed promises of a call back from the agent. One complaint via the website no response. Still not resolved, being charged for problem caused by Sky. #terriblecustomerservice #virginbroadbandnexttime
