@SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you read my message this isn’t a simple turn off router back on fix. The hubs don’t work when I’m connected to a booster. They work fine when near the main wifi.

@swansforever @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had issues with ours. 2 WFH and 2 home schooling. Shockingly bad. When I spoke to Amy there excuse was we had too many devices connected - iPads, phones, Alexa etc. It doesn’t say that on the add! If we want decent connection the advice was unplug what we weren’t using!

Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

@gary__harman @SkyUK Sorry to hear. It seems like one of the many common issues with "top" broadband providers. They sell you lies at first, then poor service with everything. Customer service, speed, disconnections, difficulties terminating contracts, etc. Probably fair to say most are the same.
