When I spoke to Amy there excuse was we had too many devices connected - iPads, phones, Alexa etc. It doesn’t say that on the add! If we want decent connection the advice was unplug what we weren’t using!

Just had a call saying they can save me money, then try to charge me an extra £5 a month then when I say I don’t want to pay more he says ‘fine’ then hangs up on me. Not great customer service….
