Really disappointing service with @SkyUK been 3 weeks now intermittent service one minute the land line phone is working and again it’s NOT!! Response in answering your phone call is very poor, 1hr waiting to speak to someone and 2nd time over 1/2 an hour and still not resolved!!

@Robmillsmma @SkyUK Hi Rob, we seem to have the very same problem. I was told try small independent business providers in your area. Apparently they are giving the same quality and amount of TV you need as the well known Sky. You may save some money...

@SkyHelpTeam I just spent two hours on the phone to your technical team, and it was a waste of time. Another engineer coming out tomorrow AM, so this will be fifth time lucky. The issue needs escalating to people who can actually fix it, and my complaint needs reopening until fixed.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had broadband connectivity issues for over two months, four engineer visits and still the problem goes on. I lodged a complaint which seems to have been closed despite the ongoing issue. Appalling customers service. Avoid @sky if you can!
