@SkyHelpTeam not impressed. Booked Sky Q installation for today. Told Sky I had to take my wife to work between 8-9am and they said it was fine. Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

@mrbean1927 @SkySports Try doing this, I did it and it worked On sky remote go down to sports not TV guide and go across to other multi showings and click on it then it should work

@SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

@SkyHelpTeam Your WiFi is so slow and keeps disconnecting. I pay for broadband boost which is still no good. I left @BTCare which worked great. I joined your Sky broadband in November can I leave without penalty or am I stuck with your crap for 18 months?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Sky HD box keeps throwing up a Technical Fault 7 (33). It is quite old and probably needs replaced. For the life of me I can't get online help. When I managed to find a helpline number it doesn't register as apparently I have a different number registered.
