@SkyUK I need to downgrade/renegotiate my package before the offer period ends and the bills become astronomical. How do I do this as I do not have an option to downgrade. Failing that I will cancel my direct debit to prevent fees being taken from my account.

@mrbean1927 @SkySports Try doing this, I did it and it worked On sky remote go down to sports not TV guide and go across to other multi showings and click on it then it should work

@SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

@SkyUK I’ve now been without broadband for 24 hours was told there may be work going on in my area but I’ve had no updates since even though I was advised I would be updated! Very odd that I’m the only one in my street that is having issues if there is maintenance going on!

@SkyUK shocking customer service. It’s now the 4th time my broadband installation has been delayed. Spent hours on to the call centre, told it’s resolved and then next day I get a text to say there’s a problem! 4 times!!! I can’t do my job with no internet!
