@SkyHelpTeam Hi, every 15 mins or so my tv screen ( picture & sound ) breaks up for about a second. This doesn’t happen when we’re watching the apps like Netflix, iplayer etc. Is this a satellite issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi yes we have already done this twice. We have been told twice that someone is going to contact us. All we really want is an update of what’s going on as we are now paying for a service we can’t use.

@swansforever @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had issues with ours. 2 WFH and 2 home schooling. Shockingly bad. When I spoke to Amy there excuse was we had too many devices connected - iPads, phones, Alexa etc. It doesn’t say that on the add! If we want decent connection the advice was unplug what we weren’t using!

No communication from @SkyHelpTeam @SKYBROADBANDSU1 on outage in Devon which is now a week long. My father is 85 and without broadband/landline. Is it back on in EX1 and if not when will it be?!? Tweeting the same day that all is fixed when it is clearly not isn’t helping us.
