Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

A number of times it shows as no internet for 30 mins or so and takes a while to fix. Today, so far it’s not fixable. Please can you help?

Almost every game I’ve watched on there recently has been beset by technical faults with the broadcast. It’s not as though it’s cheap if you’re not interested in the other sports either.
