Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

@SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you read my message this isn’t a simple turn off router back on fix. The hubs don’t work when I’m connected to a booster. They work fine when near the main wifi.

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. We are consistently having issues with our Sky broadband despite multiple booster boxes. A number of times it shows as no internet for 30 mins or so and takes a while to fix. Today, so far it’s not fixable. Please can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam Sorru Laura, we're past that stage now. She's just given 30 days notice based on how customer service have handled her since the problem started in August. "A company that promises call backs & doesn't then hangs up repeatedly on you isn't worth dealing with." Sadly, I agree.

All good having @peacockTV integrated into @SkyUK but there’s no subtitles on any of the series. Pretty terrible tbh since most times you can’t hear what anyone is saying in modern tv/films. @SkyHelpTeam Any idea when Peacock content will have subs?

@SkyHelpTeam Heard nothing back. Wait times are too long to try and ring again. My Granda had phoned in saying he had a issue with his telephone line. He cancelled the job but you’ve threatened £65 charge if he doesn’t cancel it by 5pm today. Job was cancelled yesterday

@SkyHelpTeam We had the router when Sky Q first came out so it’s several years old. What are the chances of getting a replacement sent out? On the basis a reboot sorts it every time I’m sure it’s not a line or upstream issue
