When I spoke to Amy there excuse was we had too many devices connected - iPads, phones, Alexa etc. It doesn’t say that on the add! If we want decent connection the advice was unplug what we weren’t using!

Response in answering your phone call is very poor, 1hr waiting to speak to someone and 2nd time over 1/2 an hour and still not resolved!!

Apparently they are giving the same quality and amount of TV you need as the well known Sky. You may save some money...
