    Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam sort it out… it’s imperative now more than ever when we are working from home to have reliable internet!! There random outages are happening far too often and causing issue for my work and customers!! It’s just a shame I can’t get @virginmedia internet…

    @swansforever @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had issues with ours. 2 WFH and 2 home schooling. Shockingly bad. When I spoke to Amy there excuse was we had too many devices connected - iPads, phones, Alexa etc. It doesn’t say that on the add! If we want decent connection the advice was unplug what we weren’t using!

    @Downing_91 @SkySports I agree that Finn Russell should have been included - Farrell’s poor tacking technique is a liability & he hasn’t performed well. Unusual for a Lions team to have issues at centre. Beirne has to be one of the most unlucky players on tour.

    @Jules_John @SkyUK The infuriating part is they won’t refund you for lack of services, additionally if you can’t work because they can’t seem to see that you the incur a loss of earnings. Woeful, terrible, frustrating 👎

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, every 15 mins or so my tv screen ( picture & sound ) breaks up for about a second. This doesn’t happen when we’re watching the apps like Netflix, iplayer etc. Is this a satellite issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam No call no reply no help as usual. Sky have never been so poor in service. Sky plus was better even when you had to call India to sort out problems. Your engineers set it up they need to sort problem.

    @IanWhitmore9 @SkyHelpTeam Day 9 for me. Don't expect any help. Was on basic broadband with them, sold me fibre, transfer date last wed, no room in fibre exchange for me but disconnected my basic package. Given me a 'review' date now of mid March!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there, thank you for your reply. I have been through all the help on your website and spoken to advisors on the phone who have said there is nothing wrong with the connection. All I have been told is that my area is receiving the latest speeds and to turn my router on and off

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed with the my sky app. So confusing, when talking to customer services they don’t know what the offers are. Maybe virgin will be better
