Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

@Downing_91 @SkySports I agree that Finn Russell should have been included - Farrell’s poor tacking technique is a liability & he hasn’t performed well. Unusual for a Lions team to have issues at centre. Beirne has to be one of the most unlucky players on tour.

@SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

@SkyHelpTeam That an engineer was coming on Thursday. She said there was an issue with the underground line and that someone would come Friday to fix it and be in touch. Nobody ever got in touch and on the openreach website it says job is closed. We have had v slow internet for over a month

@SkyHelpTeam And to clarify, in this video you can see a Sky Broadband Booster right next to where I am taking the test. Long-range is not the issue here as the Booster is connected to the main router via Ethernet.

@SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to an "expert" who had no information and claimed they couldn't find out anything - what can I do with that after 7 days without internet? I, as an end user cannot speak to Openreach directly, but you as my provider can and find out what the issue is.
