@SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi yes we have already done this twice. We have been told twice that someone is going to contact us. All we really want is an update of what’s going on as we are now paying for a service we can’t use.

I hate it when your @SkyUK broadband goes off for over an hour and they blame a problem with the phone socket in your house then bam it comes back on even though they know it's a problem on their side!! 😠😠

@Downing_91 @SkySports I agree that Finn Russell should have been included - Farrell’s poor tacking technique is a liability & he hasn’t performed well. Unusual for a Lions team to have issues at centre. Beirne has to be one of the most unlucky players on tour.

Really disappointing service with @SkyUK been 3 weeks now intermittent service one minute the land line phone is working and again it’s NOT!! Response in answering your phone call is very poor, 1hr waiting to speak to someone and 2nd time over 1/2 an hour and still not resolved!!

@SkyHelpTeam You've increased my bill this month without notification. I was going to cancel and move to a cheaper provider but agreed a monthly price with you to stay. There was no mention this cost would change! I can't get hold of you by phone or email! Very j happy customer!!

@SkyHelpTeam you’re service and information is appalling. Trying to do a home move and after 3 weeks and being told it would 100% be today I am now told the 7th. A son studying for uni from home who has no broadband nor do I to wfh! 5 people I have spoken to so far. #crap!!!!!
