    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

    Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you read my message this isn’t a simple turn off router back on fix. The hubs don’t work when I’m connected to a booster. They work fine when near the main wifi.

    @bloss_kevin @SkyHelpTeam Unbelievable. After being told all that rubbish I have looked online and it clearly says there is a problem with a mast. I am really stuck now for work. I hope it is the mast and not the sim as I will have to go with o2 and change my number if its not resolved

    @SkyHelpTeam When I ran 1 it didn't. when I rang 150 from my mobile it said connection issues, sent me a text with the link I had already been on. Called again as I did the suggestions and nothing. It's coming and going intermittently, when it is there connecting awful. 1 light red and flash

    @SkyHelpTeam Once again a call back would not be helpful as I can't receive or make calls. Even if you were to offer to report the issue as it is obvious that sky mobile is down in my area but at this stage of incompetent replies I wouldn't believe that you would know how to report an issue
