@SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you read my message this isn’t a simple turn off router back on fix. The hubs don’t work when I’m connected to a booster. They work fine when near the main wifi.

@swansforever @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had issues with ours. 2 WFH and 2 home schooling. Shockingly bad. When I spoke to Amy there excuse was we had too many devices connected - iPads, phones, Alexa etc. It doesn’t say that on the add! If we want decent connection the advice was unplug what we weren’t using!

Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

@SkyHelpTeam I am on your fastest speed for my area... Full broadband and TV package for 3 HD boxes...there are no upgrade options.... I can cancel and go with BT if that's an easier option... Which was also suggested by your customer service team!

@SkyHelpTeam An engineer said I need a new router... But your customer service said I have to upgrade my account to get one.. Not when paying £170ish a month! My wifi is constantly dropping and I cannot get a better off the shelf router because it has to run your software apparently
