    Just had the @SkyHelpTeam engineer out to fix our WiFi signal strength and now the internet is completely down. Fairly certain there is no worse Internet Service Provider around. And no, I can’t face another cust serv call with Sky, again

    Really disappointing service with @SkyUK been 3 weeks now intermittent service one minute the land line phone is working and again it’s NOT!! Response in answering your phone call is very poor, 1hr waiting to speak to someone and 2nd time over 1/2 an hour and still not resolved!!

    @Robmillsmma @SkyUK Hi Rob, we seem to have the very same problem. I was told try small independent business providers in your area. Apparently they are giving the same quality and amount of TV you need as the well known Sky. You may save some money...

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Well that is the problem that it’s such a long wait despite giving plenty of notice of the move and my complete reliance on the service I pay sky for. It’s absurd there is no way to prioritise a visit in this situation or that we can’t be provided some mobile Internet.

    @SkySports I'd love to ask Dermot where is the evidence of when the ball leaves the players foot or head in order to freeze the pic they use in the Var. They only show the players offside and a few lines. Never explaining when and how the determine the time to freeze it.
