@swansforever @SkyHelpTeam We’ve had issues with ours. 2 WFH and 2 home schooling. Shockingly bad. When I spoke to Amy there excuse was we had too many devices connected - iPads, phones, Alexa etc. It doesn’t say that on the add! If we want decent connection the advice was unplug what we weren’t using!

@Jules_John @SkyUK The infuriating part is they won’t refund you for lack of services, additionally if you can’t work because they can’t seem to see that you the incur a loss of earnings. Woeful, terrible, frustrating 👎

@marthaunplugged @King_CJK @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just spoken to Sky on phone and they said there were a “few” others in my area who were having problems. he said for every day its down I will be compensated £8 and that i should keep checking online and call again tomorrow and Tuesday to see if i can get an engineer sooner
