    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you read my message this isn’t a simple turn off router back on fix. The hubs don’t work when I’m connected to a booster. They work fine when near the main wifi.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

    Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

    @SkyUK I need to downgrade/renegotiate my package before the offer period ends and the bills become astronomical. How do I do this as I do not have an option to downgrade. Failing that I will cancel my direct debit to prevent fees being taken from my account.

    @SkyHelpTeam my landline is engaged wont dial out or in. its plugged in you spam my timeline. you want to charge me to phone you and wait... reallocate a phone number turn it off and on from your end please. Its 1g thought you'd have mastered that. my mobile has no signal.

    @Azrael94209327 @SkySports he also had a total of .2 seconds before he had 3 guys chasing him and a bum toe which definitely did not help when his receivers couldn’t get open, not his best game but some things were completely out of his control
