    @SkyHelpTeam if I sign up to phone and fibre broadband package tomorrow how long until its installed? Got no wifi at moment Vodafone messed my account up they disconnected me instead of upgrading my speed on Friday I've cancelled with them awful service never again!

    @Jules_John @SkyUK The infuriating part is they won’t refund you for lack of services, additionally if you can’t work because they can’t seem to see that you the incur a loss of earnings. Woeful, terrible, frustrating 👎

    @SkyHelpTeam why can’t I see the small live tv box ( top left hand side) when on Sky Q recordings menu etc? Is this a glitch? I would have expected an update to have improved the service not take a step backward?!?

    @Downing_91 @SkySports I agree that Finn Russell should have been included - Farrell’s poor tacking technique is a liability & he hasn’t performed well. Unusual for a Lions team to have issues at centre. Beirne has to be one of the most unlucky players on tour.

    @SkyUK I need to downgrade/renegotiate my package before the offer period ends and the bills become astronomical. How do I do this as I do not have an option to downgrade. Failing that I will cancel my direct debit to prevent fees being taken from my account.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam What technological differences? Why can the likes of @Netflix manage it? You’re a big company. Is it impossible to solve? Or are people who need subtitles not worth the effort? Also, why is this discriminatory gap in service not explained when you upsell people to UHD packages?

    @ridgway_natalie @SkyHelpTeam I live in Teddington TW11 Sky broadband been down since 545pm yesterday.Called first thing this morning was told engineers aware of the outage and working on it.17 hours later still nothing.I work from home so am stuck at the moment .Please could someone escalate this issue.
