    Really disappointing service with @SkyUK been 3 weeks now intermittent service one minute the land line phone is working and again it’s NOT!! Response in answering your phone call is very poor, 1hr waiting to speak to someone and 2nd time over 1/2 an hour and still not resolved!!

    I hate it when your @SkyUK broadband goes off for over an hour and they blame a problem with the phone socket in your house then bam it comes back on even though they know it's a problem on their side!! 😠😠

    @Jules_John @SkyUK The infuriating part is they won’t refund you for lack of services, additionally if you can’t work because they can’t seem to see that you the incur a loss of earnings. Woeful, terrible, frustrating 👎

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi yes we have already done this twice. We have been told twice that someone is going to contact us. All we really want is an update of what’s going on as we are now paying for a service we can’t use.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

    @SkyUK I need to downgrade/renegotiate my package before the offer period ends and the bills become astronomical. How do I do this as I do not have an option to downgrade. Failing that I will cancel my direct debit to prevent fees being taken from my account.

    Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

    @Downing_91 @SkySports I agree that Finn Russell should have been included - Farrell’s poor tacking technique is a liability & he hasn’t performed well. Unusual for a Lions team to have issues at centre. Beirne has to be one of the most unlucky players on tour.

    @SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

    @SkyHelpTeam Was told would be resolved by 23/2, by 25/2 now by the 1st. I doubt it will be resolved tomorrow. Me checking for updates is not getting the problem sorted. I need a resolution. It was a sky issue, openreach then not openreach a third party. As I said please help...

    I am sick to death of @SkyHelpTeam think Covid is an excuse never to allow you to speak to a human to resolve a problem. Our internet is CONSTANTLY going down. Cant speak to anyone about it. Terrible service.

    @SkyHelpTeam No options at all for upgrading to an HDR box, doesn't show up on my Q box either. Just keeps going back to previous help options. Obviously not available, so I'll give it a miss. Cheers for your help.
