Got no wifi at moment Vodafone messed my account up they disconnected me instead of upgrading my speed on Friday I've cancelled with them awful service never again!

How do I do this as I do not have an option to downgrade. Failing that I will cancel my direct debit to prevent fees being taken from my account.
