@SkyUK I need to downgrade/renegotiate my package before the offer period ends and the bills become astronomical. How do I do this as I do not have an option to downgrade. Failing that I will cancel my direct debit to prevent fees being taken from my account.

@SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

@SkyHelpTeam in the hope that you might be able to help for once? I’m on a fibre plan with you and once again I’m struggling to get above 6mbs when I should expecting at least 13. Are there any known issues in the Droitwich area? Is it to much to ask for to get some decent BB?!
