Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

@SkyHelpTeam why can’t I see the small live tv box ( top left hand side) when on Sky Q recordings menu etc? Is this a glitch? I would have expected an update to have improved the service not take a step backward?!?

@SkyUK I need to downgrade/renegotiate my package before the offer period ends and the bills become astronomical. How do I do this as I do not have an option to downgrade. Failing that I will cancel my direct debit to prevent fees being taken from my account.

@Downing_91 @SkySports I agree that Finn Russell should have been included - Farrell’s poor tacking technique is a liability & he hasn’t performed well. Unusual for a Lions team to have issues at centre. Beirne has to be one of the most unlucky players on tour.

@SkyHelpTeam Really though? No means of contacting Sky after 9pm, when Broadband is down - great customer service there Sky!🤬 hope you’ll give me the 1gb of data I had to use, to TRY and navigate my way around all your trouble shooting options.. which non of worked by the way!Waiting a reply

@SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

@Jules_John @SkyUK The infuriating part is they won’t refund you for lack of services, additionally if you can’t work because they can’t seem to see that you the incur a loss of earnings. Woeful, terrible, frustrating 👎

@SkyHelpTeam Hi yes we have already done this twice. We have been told twice that someone is going to contact us. All we really want is an update of what’s going on as we are now paying for a service we can’t use.

@SkyHelpTeam My partner was told that he could extend the broadband to coincide with the tv package . That it would go off then straight back on , but no it didn’t come back on and has now been told you can’t do that . It’s shocking customer service . I have a daughter doing her GCSE’s

@Rachel_A_P_ @SkyHelpTeam It’ll be fixed as per the domestic SLA you have due to paying for a domestic service. If you rely on it for work you either need to get into the office when its down or pay for a business line that has the SLA you seem to think you need but don’t want to pay for

@SkyHelpTeam That isn’t really good enough though is it ! We have been with sky for 11 years + years and are only changing because the broadband you claim is super fast cannot even stay on and is slow when it does .

@jameswhyte81 @SkyHelpTeam I know mate online check says no issues in your area but I can’t get TV or WiFi so clearly there is a problem. For what we pay it’s a disgrace to be honest.
