Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

@SkyHelpTeam if I sign up to phone and fibre broadband package tomorrow how long until its installed? Got no wifi at moment Vodafone messed my account up they disconnected me instead of upgrading my speed on Friday I've cancelled with them awful service never again!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi yes we have already done this twice. We have been told twice that someone is going to contact us. All we really want is an update of what’s going on as we are now paying for a service we can’t use.

@SkyHelpTeam You've increased my bill this month without notification. I was going to cancel and move to a cheaper provider but agreed a monthly price with you to stay. There was no mention this cost would change! I can't get hold of you by phone or email! Very j happy customer!!

@Downing_91 @SkySports I agree that Finn Russell should have been included - Farrell’s poor tacking technique is a liability & he hasn’t performed well. Unusual for a Lions team to have issues at centre. Beirne has to be one of the most unlucky players on tour.

@SkyUK I need to downgrade/renegotiate my package before the offer period ends and the bills become astronomical. How do I do this as I do not have an option to downgrade. Failing that I will cancel my direct debit to prevent fees being taken from my account.

@SkyHelpTeam This has happened repeatedly over the past couple of weeks, have been local BT infrastructure issues, but the Sky service check never says there's an issue. I also frequently lose wifi and need to bounce the hub since it was upgraded.

On the phone to @SkyUK for 30 mins, agreed on a deal but got cut off before finalising. Call back to get a different colleague tell me he cannot offer the same deal and it’s £40 more expensive! Not good customer service from sky! Next stop cancellation team

@SamsungMobile @SkyHelpTeam . Have a Samsung s21. Update screen opened. Once finished. I tried to open the text messaging part of my phone. Its not working. Screen comes up but then it closes instantly. Saying that there was a problem. Please help. Due an important call.
