    @swansforever Disgusting way to treat supporters. Someone at @EFL / @SkySports looked at possible Friday night TV games & thought that's fair enough! They give no shits for the fans. Not just us either.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked my account. It states that my internet is due to be cancelled tomorrow. This shouldn’t be the case. I have arranged to join BT, this is not due to begin until the 30th. Can someone please ensure this does NOT cancel tomorrow as the internet is essential at the mo.

    @SkyHelpTeam why can’t I see the small live tv box ( top left hand side) when on Sky Q recordings menu etc? Is this a glitch? I would have expected an update to have improved the service not take a step backward?!?

    Hi @SkyUK, our broadband went live yesterday but we’ve still not received our hub. We’ve spoken to some nice customer service people on the phone who said we’ll get a call back to arrange one but still not heard back. Royal Mail still not received package (PZ416543062GB) - Help!

    @Downing_91 @SkySports I agree that Finn Russell should have been included - Farrell’s poor tacking technique is a liability & he hasn’t performed well. Unusual for a Lions team to have issues at centre. Beirne has to be one of the most unlucky players on tour.

    @SkyHelpTeam You've increased my bill this month without notification. I was going to cancel and move to a cheaper provider but agreed a monthly price with you to stay. There was no mention this cost would change! I can't get hold of you by phone or email! Very j happy customer!!

    Really disappointing service with @SkyUK been 3 weeks now intermittent service one minute the land line phone is working and again it’s NOT!! Response in answering your phone call is very poor, 1hr waiting to speak to someone and 2nd time over 1/2 an hour and still not resolved!!

    @SkyUK 3 weeks my upload speed has been at 0.5mbps. 3 weeks my internet has cut out every day over 10 times. 3 weeks my download speed varies from 2mbps to 15mbps which is still half what I pay. It’s unusable for video calls and online use. Fix it or end my contract

    @SkyHelpTeam Two hour wait? Honest question, would you be happy with this level of response if you were waiting to speak to someone about your business? I suspect not. All this and we’re apparently a Sky VIP Diamond customer. About to try BT to see what they can offer us in comparison
