    @SkyHelpTeam You've increased my bill this month without notification. I was going to cancel and move to a cheaper provider but agreed a monthly price with you to stay. There was no mention this cost would change! I can't get hold of you by phone or email! Very j happy customer!!

    @SkyHelpTeam not impressed. Booked Sky Q installation for today. Told Sky I had to take my wife to work between 8-9am and they said it was fine. Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

    Once again @virginmedia broadband is down again. Should have stayed with @SkyHelpTeam. Its not as quick but far more reliable.

    @SkyHelpTeam I refuse to be advised to wait on your developer errors (read online help said to someone else to wait a few days - last month - it's a known issue to you, so why roll out update as mandatory?! Reinstate the old player in meantime and add to your website to DL? denying product.

    @SkyHelpTeam Upgraded to sky Q? I notice I have to use sky go app which seems limited compared to my sky+ app. I can't see any BBC channels the TV guide on go is crap to say the least. Is SKY Q really an upgrade. Anyone else had this problem?
