Receiving a letter this morning informing me of my broadband price increasing however not being a broadband customer for over 12 months and STILL being charged over £40 a month. Formal complaint put in due to attempting to sort this twice! 😡

BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%
