When I spoke to Amy there excuse was we had too many devices connected - iPads, phones, Alexa etc. It doesn’t say that on the add! If we want decent connection the advice was unplug what we weren’t using!

Receiving a letter this morning informing me of my broadband price increasing however not being a broadband customer for over 12 months and STILL being charged over £40 a month.
