@SkyHelpTeam @skytv last night The Good Doctor isn't there to download, on Last Nights TV it says series 5 episode 3 but when you select it, it goes to series 3 episode 5. I'm a SkyQ customer

@aminorjourney @SkyHelpTeam If you don't get any satisfaction from Sky Customer services then contact the bank: the Direct Debit Guarantee means you can tell the bank to refund any debits that were taken erroneously. But obviously see if you can talk to a Sky human first.
