@SkyHelpTeam - trying to cancel my broadband as moving abroad. £66 early cancellation fee from contract for the pleasure. Loyal customer for 6 years: no discretion given, despite this. And that I haven't a choice but to cancel as my new home will be in China. Disgraceful.

@SuperPITSteeler @SkyHelpTeam That could explain it. With regards to the issue with steam, I downloaded a game from Epic store shortly after and that was only up to about 7/8MB/s so I don't know if they have the same issue as well
