@SkyHelpTeam I have been a sky customer since 1989 ..I have a tv package..sky phone line..and 4 Sky mobiles ..it costs a fortune and your product is unacceptable.. I refuse to spend anymore time fault finding for Sky. I am giving Sky notice that I will be cancelling all my contacts with you.

@Robmillsmma @SkyUK Hi Rob, we seem to have the very same problem. I was told try small independent business providers in your area. Apparently they are giving the same quality and amount of TV you need as the well known Sky. You may save some money...

@SkyHelpTeam Good news Sky, my super fast broadband didn’t cut out long enough tonight to cancel my account and while I was at it I cancelled my TV package and phone line as well. My 4 Sky mobiles are still on contract until April and they will be next. #rottenservice

@SkyUK Not Happy!!! again the landline phone is down, works for a couple of days then goes down, found out it’s an external fault, this needs to be fixed and not for just a couple of days!!!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Don’t go down that scripted rabbit hole. Nothing wrong with broadband or router. Everything’s been reset. Sky download and the apps take an age to download. Amazon Fire-stick has no issues in streaming whatsoever. #Skyslow

@SkyHelpTeam My sky q box fails to record programs on a regular basis. The error is "technical fault" and when I try to live pause the error is "live pause is not available". I have to reset the box to resolve the issue.
