@SkyHelpTeam not impressed. Booked Sky Q installation for today. Told Sky I had to take my wife to work between 8-9am and they said it was fine. Engineer rings me from outside my house at 8.10am. Poor customer service. If they cannot install it today I won't be a customer by 5pm

@SkyHelpTeam I have been a sky customer since 1989 ..I have a tv package..sky phone line..and 4 Sky mobiles ..it costs a fortune and your product is unacceptable.. I refuse to spend anymore time fault finding for Sky. I am giving Sky notice that I will be cancelling all my contacts with you.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, It hasn’t fixed the issue unfortunately. From reading other tweets, it seems there is an overall problem with the broadband, not individual households.

@SkyHelpTeam Good news Sky, my super fast broadband didn’t cut out long enough tonight to cancel my account and while I was at it I cancelled my TV package and phone line as well. My 4 Sky mobiles are still on contract until April and they will be next. #rottenservice

@mrbean1927 @SkySports Try doing this, I did it and it worked On sky remote go down to sports not TV guide and go across to other multi showings and click on it then it should work

Just had the @SkyHelpTeam engineer out to fix our WiFi signal strength and now the internet is completely down. Fairly certain there is no worse Internet Service Provider around. And no, I can’t face another cust serv call with Sky, again

@SkyHelpTeam Logged in run all checks .. wi fi works on and off ..totally unreliable.. it’s 2019 for goodness sake..the service and product you are providing is unacceptable. I am searching for a new provider. #hopeless having to send this tweet in between sky wifi drop out.😡

@SkySports What other avenues are you exploring Marcus? Try things like, shutting down offshore accounts for Premier League footballers and players hiding behind overseas companies, etc. You might get more support than trying to sting the over-burdened working-class tax payer.

@SkySports Just a suggestion but maybe if all these premier league footballers paid their full taxes instead of hiding in off shore accounts then the government might have a few extra million to tackle the problem. Can’t stand a hypocrite.
