Avoid #Skystore at all cost's. I rented a movie. But I had to interrupt watching it. When I went back to view it. I unfortunately pressed the wrong option by mistake. And ended up buying it as well. I contacted @SkyUK to explain and ask for a refund. 1/2

@HPJ07 This was about half hour before kick off. I just meant fans of football clubs were already up and down the country last weekend, rather than watching their team on SkySports this weekend. Phone goes in my pocket for the match, so this was the last photo I took 👎🏻

@SkyUK the #skyglass is one if the worst things I've bought, nearly everyday I have issues with it not working, but this morning it's having a complete meltdown!! Wish I'd never got it now, so temperamental and to get through to anyone in tech support is a nightmare!

@SkyHelpTeam Can anyone help with ITV hub not working on our sky glass puck. Tried all the obvious things - switching off for 2 mins - resetting the itv hub and signing back in - checked for updates - hub loads and then won’t play any programmes

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done restarts and since having the service 2 Factory resets as advised by Sky for other reasons. I think it is a bug as others are reporting the same issue on the Sky/Glass Stream forums.
