@KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

@Robmillsmma @SkyUK Hi Rob, we seem to have the very same problem. I was told try small independent business providers in your area. Apparently they are giving the same quality and amount of TV you need as the well known Sky. You may save some money...

@SkyHelpTeam , i don’t know if it just me but even since the outage the other week the WiFi hadn’t been 100%, it’s cut out 2 times with 3 hours and it cuts out for 5-10 minutes then comes back.

This doesn’t resolve my issue as I may, shockingly, need to make/receive calls in times when I am unable to connect to WiFi. Also, as @SkyUK is my WiFi provider, what exactly am I paying @EE for? Do you expect all of your customer’s’ WiFi providers to do your job for you, #EE?
