    @SkyHelpTeam You've increased my bill this month without notification. I was going to cancel and move to a cheaper provider but agreed a monthly price with you to stay. There was no mention this cost would change! I can't get hold of you by phone or email! Very j happy customer!!

    @SkyUK I need to downgrade/renegotiate my package before the offer period ends and the bills become astronomical. How do I do this as I do not have an option to downgrade. Failing that I will cancel my direct debit to prevent fees being taken from my account.

    @SkyHelpTeam It now says no known issues however after multiple router restarts / resets I’m still without internet. Given everything we do in the home needs a network connection these days, what does Sky propose in terms of resolving this quickly? I assume I won’t be paying a full bill this

    @SkyHelpTeam We already have have all of the parental controls turned off as we have no kids in the house. We've also seen worse things than rod Flanders not wanting to eat his damn vegetables before the watershed without having to enter our pin number Someone needs to look at your algorithm

    @SkyUK I keep making excuses for the loss of signal, blaming the rain etc but I don’t have a dish! I have sky glass and honestly it’s been trouble from the beginning! Three visits and counting for separate errors! I couldn’t watch @bbcstrictly until the next day! Signal drops!

    @SkyHelpTeam come on Sky when are you going to sort out the recording problem. Blue thumbnails and recording not stacking. I am paying £123 a month for a service that is not working correctly. Been told it’s a back office server problem, get it sorted or compensate.
