@EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. We are consistently having issues with our Sky broadband despite multiple booster boxes. A number of times it shows as no internet for 30 mins or so and takes a while to fix. Today, so far it’s not fixable. Please can you help?

@SkyHelpTeam my sky q box image keeps pausing and pixilated images, box becomes unresponsive to the remote, ive had issues turning the box on and lost count of the number of times I've restarted it. SORT IT OUT, for the money I pay I expect a service that works. 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam @cjmefmer The outages are showing on here but I was told by sky tech team there’s an exchange fault logged at 12:55 today for Holywell & Mostyn but it’s also impacting Flint. Our streets had no service since 1pm!

@SkyUK sky internet has been off in CH8 area since 12.30pm and no updates on the service checker since 12.40pm. It just says we know there are issues - is there any time estimation on how much longer the issue will take to fix? Will we be getting partial refund on our bill?
