Our sky dish isn’t working and blocked by a neighbour’s scaffold. No signal but @SkyHelpTeam not only charge £65 but they said we have to wait for a few weeks! Great service NOT considering we spend £150 a month or so! Going to be cancelling with them.

@KathyW1973 @SkyUK Not had any emails for 10 days, they say we need to update our password. Can’t do it online so when we ring them they say our phone/tablet/laptop is the problem. Not getting anywhere!! They’ve always been a shoddy company!

@SkyHelpTeam Refuses to connect and when re - enter passwirs just keeps on stating authenication error or just say "connecting" and never does. This is not an acceptable service.

Hello @SkyHelpTeam ! I’ve just spoken to your terrible customer service team! The woman couldn’t do “downgrading” or “cancelling” accounts. She couldn’t put me through to anyone either. She offered a tel. number + assured me that they’d be open until 9. They weren’t. She lied! 👎🏼

Hi @Plusnet @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp Lots of people in Tunbridge Wells with no internet connection. Plusnet, BT and Sky all saying no service issues in the area. That’s going to be a lot of individual engineer visits that might be a waste of time.

@SkyHelpTeam For a company as large as yours I am seriously disgusted with how customer services dealt with my query. No answers. No solutions. No service at all in fact, they just hung me out to dry. Charging me twice my normal bill and given options! 20 years taking my money!!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my Sky Internet went down at midnight. Somehow, my router had factory reset, so I had to re input my passwords. But my 150mb wifi is currently 10mb around the house. So, no minis are working. Im not the only one in my area, Caerphilly.

@SkyHelpTeam it’s now been over two working days since an outage began in my area, so I’m entitled to compensation. Presumably this is for the TV features I can’t access too, as well as broadband? Any updates on repairs would also be appreciated.

@SkyHelpTeam @BTSopenreach 2/n being told back room team need to cancel the hub before another hub can be sent out. This will take 72 hours! Them who knows when they will dispatch another one. Add to speak to the backroom or a manager to resolve this ASAP this can’t be done @SkyHelpTeam this is appalling
